Incredible views from living room and kitchen. Perfect position opposite Plage du MĂ´les. Lovely little apartment with everything we needed. Key safe at the door made it easy if one of us went out and needed to jeans the keys for the other. Would live to stay here again one day.
The appartment is fantastically well situated. Beach access from the front door, also to the medieval ramparts, beautiful views. Everything is within easy walking reach. The appartment is very well equipped, and the owner very helpful and friendly.
Absolutely superb stay! Spotless apartment with everything required, super friendly and helpful owner, unsurpassed view, perfectly quiet neighborhood close to everything. Great experience!!!

We loved the apartment in a charming building typical of the old Saint-Malo! Especially the view, the location next to the beaches "Plage du MĂ´le" and "Plage de Bon-Secours" and all the lovely sunsets we could watch from the apartment or the beach made it very special.
Vincent was very friendly and helpful with all the questions we had!

St. Malo accomodation
We arrived early on the ferry from Jersey. Vincent was kind enough to allow us early entry into the unit. It was located in an old building, not well maintained. It was described as an elevator to the fifth floor and a few more steps up to the apartment. It was actually 16 steps, up a dimly lit staircase with no hand railing. A person with infirmities or small children, would find this difficult especially with heavy luggage.
The location was convenient to the tourist center of the intramural, and the view as pictured.
There were no amenities that made us feel our host had anticipated our stay. We had to buy hand and shower soap for the bathroom, and supplement toilet paper. We are used to having guidelines left for the use of the rental. There was nothing provided: no instruction for Wi-Fi password, garbage disposal, or information regarding grocery stores, medical services or taxi service.
The bed was comfortable, the area quiet, and the kitchen was very well stocked for someone who might want to cook.
There was no smoke alarm or a fire extinguisher, that we could see.
These are all things that are fixable and could make the unit more welcoming. I hope Vincent will accept this in the vein it is offered. It will benefit him.

Das Appartment liegt phantastisch - direkt am Kanal/Chanel. Man hat ganz kurze Wege zum Wasser, Hafen und Stadtmauer.
Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Der Vermieter Vincent war schnell und gut zu erreichen, er erklärte uns alles genauestens.
Die Parksituation war trotz Parkplätzen im Innenhof nicht einfach, weil die Plätze nicht aussreichten.
Perfektes Appartement für uns als Paar, sehr gemütlich geschnitten, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, Küche voll ausgestattet, sehr bequemes Bett, absolut ruhige Umgebung, obwohl man in 5 Minuten überall zu Fuß in der belebten Innenstadt und den Stränden von Saint-Malo ist! Wir hatten sogar immer Glück mit einem Parkplatz im Innenhof. Und einen garantierten Blick übers Meer wann immer man will...
No better place to stay in Saint Malo. Tidy little apartment on a top floor overlooking rooftops and ocean. Perfect stay for our family of two adults, two kids (age 5 & 8). The kids slept comfortably on the pullout couch in the living room. Kitchen had everything we needed. The beach is at your doorstep. Go in the morning and have the beach to yourself. Bring in a seafood platter from Poissonnerie Guinemer (fresh, delicious, well priced), fresh fruits and vegs from Les 4 Saisons market, butter and cheese from La Maison Du Buerre Bordier. If you tire of seafood and crepes, try the outstanding Afghani restaurant around the corner. Excellent coffee at Covou. Madlenn bakery for the best baguette in the city walls, sandwiches, and the apple or almond pastries. The apartment is just off the maindrag - close to everything, but quiet and breezy. Easy to avoid the tourist smash and enjoy the beauty of all St Malo has to offer.
