Charming villa of 220m² on 3 levels. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower + 1 outdoor shower at the entrance of the house.
It is located in a complex of 3 villas which belongs entirely to us, sharing a superb 120m2 infinity pool. One of the three villas is our home where we live. So we have the pleasure, while remaining very discreet, of being at your disposal at any time.
The complex is located just 1km from the center of the most beautiful village in Paros named Naoussa.
Accommodation capacity: up to 10 people.

On the ground floor we find a beautiful living room with fireplace, plasma TV and a dining table for 10 people. On the same level, are also located, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with a large double bed in 180, a bathroom and a terrace with dining table, overlooking the garden, the pool and views of the sea.
On the first floor we find two bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed in 160 and another bedroom with 2 single beds united in 90, sharing a bathroom with shower.
Two balconies with magnificent sea views and a large terrace with two sun loungers complete the ideal image.
On level -1 is a very large space with high ceilings and natural light, comprising two bedrooms each with 2 single 90 cm beds that can be joined, a bathroom with shower and an auxiliary living room with TV and fridge.
The floors communicate by internal stairs.
All bedrooms are air conditioned.
