Choose this mountain condo as your next home away from home and give your family or friends a getaway they won't forget any time soon! Enjoy your morning coffee while admiring the views of the pond right from your private, furnished balcony. Inside, Rivergrass 226 offers a spacious living area equipped with comfortable furnishings right in front of the TV for your convenience; the gas fireplace located under the TV makes this area a great spot to unwind after spending the day outside.

If you're a skier, snowboarder, or mountain biker, you'll be less than 500 feet from the lifts at Blue Mountain Resort! If you're a golfer, the Monterra Golf Course is only a quarter-mile east (there are four other courses within a 12-mile drive as well). Warm months here are ideal for hiking and biking through the many scenic trails or exploring the many lakes while boating or fishing. Wintertime is a delight as well! Ontario is known for its many winter sports and recreational activities. Feel free to try any of the popular outdoor activities that include snowboarding, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. This area is also wonderful for hiking, rock climbing, and swimming, kayaking, and windsurfing on the shores of South Georgian Bay (Northwinds Beach is only two and a half miles north).

The shared pool is typically open from just after Victoria Day Weekend in May through Labour Day Weekend in September. Dates are subject to change.

We were very impressed with the Mia room in relation to the village. Perfect little walk. Thankfully it wasn’t too cold if a weekend. Great space for a family and our dogs. It was generally clean and warm. Great getaway. Just what we needed.

Great location for a Bedazzled Dance competition at Blue Mountain Convention Center . Very walkable to the Village. Bedrooms and bathrooms very good. Kitchen and living area needs update but adequate for our group. Lots of windows so nice and bright. Kitchen sink taps loose and hard to shut off . Previous reviews mentioned this and it was said to have been addressed but it is still not good. A BBQ would have been great our group really did miss this for a summer stay. Also our dog loved being able to come with her family and visiting the Village.

The hot tub was always packed with people drinking and smoking joints. Not family friendly at all. Our room was extremely dirty and had bugs which you guys were really good about sending someone asap to help with however after seeing bugs we didn’t want to be in our place anymore so we stayed out as much as possible. With a 2 and four year old was extremely difficult. I’m really hoping something can be done to offset this very poor stay.

Something happened with the door lock and we couldn’t get in or out - they were very good at getting it fixed quickly, but it was a huge inconvenience. The cleaning and condition could have been much better! The outdoor light and many lightbulbs inside were out. There were cobwebs in many places. The porch railing was very dirty. Overall, it felt a little outdated and worn. Also felt it had very minimal amounts of kitchen dinner/bakeware etc.

Nice Location But Little Details Are The Problem

Blue Mountain is fantastic. The house is right by the village. You can walk to the hill or restaurants. And drive to the many parking lots located around the mountain. The hot tub was perfect for apres ski. Now the pitalls...the fireplace in the picture does not work. I should have looked at the details to see that it was not part of the package. But having a fireplace on after skiing is a must-have! My bad for not reading the details I guess. But here was the biggest disappointment - we wanted to cook our breakfast but the frying pans they had there were gross. Hey home owner - people are spending a lot of money to stay here, invest in some new pots and replace the ones that look like they are 20 years old and have permanent bird poop on it.

Good but not brilliant

It was good. Location was fantastic. A bit outdated the property. It needs a new carpets. Stains. Coffee machine old and stained. Upstairs bedrooms; beds were saggy. Brought our dog so thought we might be on the ground. Dog slipped on steep stairs. Did not get to use pool once which was really disappointing. That's why I selected this property. Weren't allowed access first day . Next day closed. Next day closed because s child spilled on the pool. When asked to have access to other pools answer was no. Had to pay for the Plunge. When arrived had to call Vacasa because hadn't received information how to access property etc... even though they said it was sent. Received it 3 days after our arrival saying you'll be looking forward to your trip with all the details...would have helped on the day we arrived.

We had a few days away with our grandchildren here. Two grandmothers and five children ranging from 6 to 11. We had a wonderful time - lots of room for all. The beds were comfortable and we found the condo equipped with all we needed. A quick walk to the village. The kids really enjoyed the pool.

Perfect family getaway

Everything was clean and comfortable with towels and linens provided. Situated on a quiet cul de sac on a golf course it was just a few doors down from a lovely heated pool. Within walking distance to Blue Mountain Village.

Our stay was great. The place is cozy em well cared. The missing star is just because it's not inside the village. The weather was so windy and cold that we couldn't walk to the lifts; we had to drive instead, But, I highly recommend the place.

We had a comfortable stay in Rivergrass - Unit 226 - the grounds are impeccably looked after and it is a nice quiet area. The beds were unbelievably comfortable with fresh clean white linens and the towels were clean and fresh also. The view from our condo overlooked the golf course which was really picturesque and it was fun to watch the golfers tee off. The pool was very nice and clean. Vacasa was great in providing information about the amenities and sending the links to reservations at the pool and Blue Mountain Resort activities. The only negative about this condo is that the appliances are very old and not in good working order. The microwave had a huge crack in the door and it was taped up which I think is pretty dangerous to use so we didn't. The fridge was leaking water from the freezer to the fridge which left the bottom shelf flooded with water at any given time and the kitchen tap was hard to use for water because it was broken. And even though we brought eggs to cook for our mornings there, we couldn't bring ourselves to use the frying pans - the teflon was deeply scratched and damaged and discoloured. The main floor bathroom needs some work too. This unit must have been fabulous when it was new - it would be a shame for Vacasa to ignore the upgrades and maintenance it needs to keep bringing guests back year after year. We wouldn't book this unit again unless there were repairs and upgrades.

Good size for a larger group. The unit had some really steep stairs and was not ha do friendly. Some items furniture and appliances were broken inside but not major (microwave was cracked- lamps cracked- screens weren't in- one element didn't work, dishwasher didn't work well... Washed but didn't clean properly). Good location! Close to the mountain and light festival thing
