The main level of the home has a bright, open living area with modern decor, floor-to-ceiling windows, flat-screen TV and access to a veranda overlooking the pool deck. The screened-in porch has plentiful seating with lounge chairs and a separate dining area. A gourmet kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, seating for 3 at the bar and 8 at the dining table. There is a laundry room and 2 bedrooms down the hall, both with king beds and private, en-suite bathrooms.

2 additional bedrooms and a primary suite are upstairs with easy access to an additional living area and balcony. This balcony has beautiful horizon views of the forest and lounge chairs.
