Villa Fastia Grande is a splendid apartment that covers the entire top floor of a villa. It sleeps seven people. From Villa Fastia Grande you will enjoy a pleasant view of the Tuscan hills and of the greenery. Villa Fastia Grande is 150 square meters (1615 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.
You will be roughly 4.5 km (2.8 miles) from Camucia di Cortona, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards).
You will reach Villa Fastia Grande from the garden going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 15 steps. Because of the nearby railway tracks, some train noise can be heard.
To stay at Villa Fastia Grande you will need a car. You will be able to park it inside the entrance gate.
Villa Fastia Grande is tended by a caretaker, who resides in an annex on the premises. Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers, an hammock and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the Tuscan hills and of the greenery. The pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.

Garden
The garden is 120 square meters (1290 square feet). It is equipped with a table and chairs. In the garden you will find a children's playground. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue.
Living Room 1
The furnishings of the living room are warm and welcoming, and include a sofa. There is a fireplace made of bricks. The room has a high window.
Living Room 2
You will be able to enter the second living room from the corridor. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Living Room 3
You will be able to enter the third living room from the first living room. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette can be closed in a cupboard and is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). The room has a double-glazed window with a view of the garden. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are elegant. The room has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. The room has a window with a view of the garden.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the third living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include two wrought-iron sofas. The room has two windows with a view of the garden.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the third living room.
Other roomsLaundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
