Directly below the house you will find a partially covered swimming pool with a furnished sun terrace, ideal for relaxing after an eventful day. Soak up the sun on a lounger or chat into the sunset with a glass of wine.



The location is ideal for nature lovers and a great starting point for exploring both Tuscany and Umbria. Discover the nearby historic towns of Cortona and Città di Castello, plan day trips to Arezzo, Perugia and Gubbio and sample regional specialities in a cosy trattoria.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests is open July - end August.
