A project designed with the latest architectural trends, eco-sustainable features, and natural spring water.

Villa Montemarcoli is the third villa—along with Sestuccia and Sestuccina (check out the listings on Vrbo!)—built by my father Luciano, a talented surveyor and Superhost!
This brand-new villa, built with high-quality materials, features 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms, a modern kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances, a dining room overlooking the pool, and a living room with a sleeper sofa and a smart TV.
Outside, you’ll find a beautiful infinity pool, a heated hot tub, relaxation areas with sun loungers and sofas, and a poolside dining area with a barbecue. The villa is situated on a hill nestled in a lush forest where you can admire both sunrise and sunset.
Concierge services and a private chef are available.

The villa is located near the famous towns of Gaiole and Radda in Chianti, just a few minutes from the area’s most famous castles and medieval villages.
Gaiole in Chianti is the home of the Eroica cycling race and wine; it has been recognised by Forbes as the most idyllic place to live in Europe.
The nearest cities are Siena and Florence.

Tolles Haus in der Natur

Wir haben die Woche in diesem tollen Haus genossen. Die Zufahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich (nicht asphaltiert), aber mit einem normalen Auto (Frontantrieb) gut zu bewältigen. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten der Toskana sind gut zu erreichen.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben unsere Woche in Gaiole sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt ruhig, mitten im Nichts. Es ist wirklich gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool und der Whirlpool sind traumhaft und wir konnten beides in der warmen Herbstsonne noch nutzen. In der Umgebung kann man viele Ziele innerhalb 1 Stunde erreichen. Brigitta ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und war für uns immer erreichbar. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub! .detolleUrlaub!füwar für uns inutze
