Beautiful Renovated Townhome steps away from the beach!

Three story town home with incredible beach views on every floor. Main living area on second floor includes kitchen, dining, great room and a large deck. There is also a combination bedroom / office with a trundle day bed and en suite bath. Top floor has the master bedroom, en suite bath and walk-in closet with a private balcony and a 3rd bedroom with an en suite bathroom. This floor also has a full-sized washer/dryer. Fireplaces in the main living area and master bedroom. Bottom floor has a 2 car garage and a Cabana Room with a 1/2 bath walking out to a covered deck leading right to the beach. The Cabana Room has a queen sized pull out sofa. All has been renovated with a modern beach vibe.

Indian Shores Vacation

Beautiful town home, all the amenities were wonderful. Great location right on the beach, and close to many activities and adventures. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Owners were very accommodating and easy to work with.

Why they chose this property

This is a unique and lovely property, with only 12 units, private pool and clubhouse, walking distance to restaurants and bars, and step right out onto the beach. It's located very close to the bridge to the mainland, making traffic a non-issue.

What makes this property unique

This Townhome is one of the few places that is located on the beach being able to walk directly from your door to the beach. It also has a 2 car garage, multiple decks, views from every room, updated appliances and decor, and access to much local beach entertainment. There is a heated pool with a clubhouse.
