Our home away from home

we have returned to this property going on maybe four or five times now. It’s our favorite place to visit and reset from such a busy life. We intend on coming back every year because of the great price, the value, and the area. It’s a cute little coastal town that is quiet but also has a ton to offer. It’s very family friendly and it’s the freaking beach. This property especially is perfect because I can sit on the back patio and just enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean and the sounds of the waves all day. It’s literally my husband and I’s favorite place to be. Its location offers nearby opportunities like Clearwater Beach or St. Petersburg or even just a little further, Disney World, just a couple hours away, all close by to drive to or a beach to stay at all week. It’s perfect.

Amazing Beach view!

Great place to stay with the perfect ocean view and amazing sunsets! Loved the walks along the beach and enjoyed that it wasn't overly packed. Condo was equipped with everything we needed.

Peaceful

My favorite benefit to staying here is the peaceful location. It feels secluded but it isn’t. There are plenty of restaurants close by, but the condo is very well stocked if you chose to cook and stay in.We have stayed here multiple times and we always love it

Good location for family vacation

Neighbors under us we helpful if we had questions. Beach was quiet and relaxed which was great for family. Storage unit was convenient so we didn’t have to pack out beach gear upstairs.

Returned to this condo after 13 years, a few changes, the beach still beautiful, a little different since the hurricanes.Condo was nice, interior probably could use some updates, exterior was under renovation while staying there.. construction workers everywhere… may have been nice for a quick note to us saying there will be construction next too and the condo your staying in..Wasn’t bad, we understand the rebuilding process after hurricane devistation.Overall, wonderful trip, weather was beautiful, great food in the surrounding restaurants.Will be back in the future!

Awesome deck with view. Saw dolphins and manatees everyday. All kinds of things to do in a short drive and the trolley is great. Would like to book same property next year ! Thank you for a great vacation.

Nice location with beautiful views of the sunset over the Gulf waters from the deck. Walks along the beach was very relaxing and not crowded. The beds in the unit were comfortable and furnishings very acceptable. Would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice relaxing getaway.

Amazing Deck and View

Great location, close to convenient stores and restaurants. Amazing views from the very large deck! Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. It is a short easy walk to the beach and is pretty secluded in comparison to the rest of the area. We would definitely come back here.

Fabulous

This unit is absolutely incredible. The view of the beach/ocean is unmatched. We did not know much about the area before coming but we drove north and south along Gulf Blvd. during our stay and are convinced there couldn’t be a better location. The beach was quiet and there were plenty of delicious restaurants within 10 minutes. (Guppy’s is 10/10)

BEAUTIFUL!

This condo is A-1! The condo is clean and very roomy. The best view of the beach and gulf from the LARGE deck are simply amazing, dolphins and manatees are a regular sight. You won't be disappointed! The intercoastal way is right across the street with a great private fishing dock for the Cypress N Sun visitors. The owners as well as downstairs neighbors are so helpful and friendly. It's a hard place to leave! Close to many great restaurants, some you can walk to in minutes. The whole complex is clean and beach feels private and is beautiful!

Winter Escape-Sort Of

The following is meant for owner/manager use and your information. It is NOT meant for public display. Entry/Access was easy, but the stairs were difficult. The veranda/porch was excellent. The window blinds were ill-fitted and did not operate well. Kitchen appliances were excellent and the supplies and accessories were great. Did not know how to lower the blinds in the #1 bedroom. Incoming directions were out of date, and the TVs did not work for the first few days. On-site and telephonic help was eventually provided.Getting off the sand dune onto the beach was difficult; a wooden bridge could help if allowed. Did not find, nor use, the beach equipment.

Third stay at this condo.

This our third stay at this location, but the outside of the condo was under construction which was not great. There also is another condo being built next door so it was very loud all week. The inside of the condo had a fish odor. Not sure if this is from someone cooking fish or if it is from construction. There are a few minor things that need repaired in the condo. They have put in new bedroom furniture in two of the bedrooms which was nice. After previous stays here, I gave this location five stars, but this time I am giving it four stars because of the issues we had this time.

What An Excellent Place To Vacation & Relax!

I can't even begin to find the right words to best describe our experience at this place for our one-week stay/vacation. The place is simply phenomenal! All the space you could want with mesmerizing view of the beach. This unit is at the 3rd (top) floor of this building, though there's only stairs to get up there, though I always welcome a good exercise. Not sure how old this place/building is, but this unit does seem to be very well maintained. Cleanliness was top-notch. All the appliances you could want/need are right there, available for you. It would seem like this unit might have been recently renovated, and the interior decor was, for lack of a better word(s), VERY beautiful! Great job on that. All silverware and linen are readily available. There's even a giant hammock at the balcony, which I thought was a really nice touch. There is an accessible private beach for your convenience, gated of course, just a few mere steps from this unit. There is ample storage space adjacent to the parking garage. I believe I may have seen on the post that you get ONE car space in there (I may be wrong), but there's actually two. Cypress-N-Sun is perfectly located between the Gulf and the canal on the other side. I guess, if anyone wants to come in style with their boat/yacht, you DO have a place where you can park it from the canal side, and that belongs to Cypress-N-Sun, from my understanding. Big shoutout to Dan Papa & Diane for their patience and kindness answering all of my typical tourist questions I had. I would most definitely come back to this place in the near future. Thanks so much for everything!

the beach…the view…the sunsets

We stayed two weeks and enjoyed every day! Fair warning, 28 steps to get up to unit - but the climb is so worth it!! The deck is large and covered and literally overlooks the whole beach. The views from sun up to sun down are beautiful. The beach is RIGHT THERE and it’s lovely and uncrowded and peaceful. We surf fished and swam every day and had so much fun. Saw dolphins and manatees on several occasions. It’s also a great beach to walk in either direction anytime of the day. The condo was roomy and comfortably furnished. Nice covered, reserved parking spots below unit. One of the nicest beach vacations we’ve had. Would definitely stay again.

March 2025 Stay

Super clean with great Gulf decorations in every room. Parking was very good right at the bottom of our stairs. The deck provided an awesome view of the Gulf with lots of seating and a hammock! Two sets of 3 pane sliding doors that open very wide to let the sea breeze blow in. Bedding, bathrooms, and showers were very nice - great water pressure! Best beach location in the area as it is not too crowded.
