Villa Dorata is a bright and elegant three-story villa built on the sloping cliff in front of the sea. It sleeps 14 people. From Villa Dorata you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea, of Praiano and the coast of Amalfi. Villa Dorata is 280 square meters (3000 square feet). It features a private swimming pool and a private jacuzzi pool, a panoramic private terrace, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the heart of Praiano, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation and the beach. You will find the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line at 230 meters (755 feet) and the closest beach (Spiaggia della Gavitella) at roughly 600 meters (660 yards) including 350 stairway steps. You will reach Villa Dorata going down a 150-meters (490-feet) public walkway that includes approximately 80 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Dorata. If you do have one, you will be able to park it nearby, for a fee, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 3 meters (10 feet) large by 5 meters (16 feet) long, 1.6 meters (5.2 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea and of the garden. The pool is open from the end of April until the end of October.
Terrace
The terrace is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is equipped with sofas and armchairs, as well as with tables, chairs and a sun umbrella. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a thrilling view of the sea, the Li Galli islands and Praiano.
Patio
The patio is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is equipped with masonry benches and with a table and chairs.
Garden with jacuzzi pool
The garden is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It features an above-ground non-heated jacuzzi pool. The garden is partly shaded by trees. The garden is equipped with two sofas and armchairs, as well as with sun loungers and a gazebo. From the garden you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea, the Li Galli islands and Praiano.
Entrance LevelLiving Room
The ceiling of the living room boasts a cross vault. The furnishings are elegant and bright, and include a sofa, a chaise longue and a desk. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels) and a DVD player. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has a window with a view of the patio. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through an access area. It is equipped with a nine-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen has a window with a view of the patio, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the living room and from the kitchen through an access area.
Laundry room
