Fabulous Monterey Beach House With Something For Everyone!
Beautiful, fresh and updated beach house comfortably nestled between two miles of private pristine sandy beach and the soothing fragrant eucalyptus grove. This comfortable and completely updated and furnished 4 bedroom, 2 bath, three story home with an amazing ocean view, is located in the gated community of Pajaro Dunes, located between Monterey/Carmel, and Santa Cruz on beautiful Monterey Bay. Just one hundred yards to the ocean, this beach house has something for everyone!
Within the gates of Pajaro Dunes Resort, enjoy two miles of private sandy beach to sun, surf, fly a kite, stroll or have an evening bonfire on the beach. If that's not enough, you can become one with nature and bird watch out your back door at the wildlife sanctuary, play tennis, shoot hoops, walk or ride bikes on the beautiful trails. Maybe you want to be more adventurous--like kayaking with the harbor seals and otters in nearby Elkhorn Slough, or maybe a day of deep sea fishing on beautiful Monterey Bay, or how about swinging your clubs at one of the many local golf courses or visiting one of the many local wineries. There's definitely something for everyone!
There's so much to see in the Monterey/Carmel area including abundant specialty shops, restaurants, Monterey Bay Aquarium, Monterey Pier, and Cannery Row, just to name a few. A few minutes to the north is the town of Santa Cruz with its ever famous Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, home of the all wooden roller coaster--The Big Dipper. Ride an old steam locomotive through the Santa Cruz Mountains making a stop to enjoy a picnic lunch surrounded in the beauty of the redwood forest. Enjoy a day of wine tasting at one of the many local, award winning wineries. Again, there's most definitely something for everyone!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Two garbage cans are recessed in the ground outside the front door,bottom of the steps on the left. Excess garbage/recycling can be disposed of at recycling center next to the South Gatehouse.
Gather towels and leave them on the bathroom floor.
Please do not leave wet towels on the carpet.
Close all windows and lock all doors.
Draw all the blinds closed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I grew up in the Bay Area and now reside on Bainbridge Island, Washington. My four siblings, who own and manage the property with me, all reside in the Bay Area.
Why they chose this property
We are a fun-loving, close knit Italian family who enjoy each others company. We wanted a piece of vacation property that we could all enjoy with our own families, friends and share with others. We found our " little piece of paradise" right here in Pajaro Dunes in 2000!
What makes this property unique
Our updated beach house features all new dual paned windows along with new carpeting and laminate flooring throughout. The kitchen is stylish with beautiful quartz countertops and all new stainless appliances. The bathrooms, each with walk-in showers, are flanked with stunning porcelain tile. The master suite is newly outfitted with a new Cal King Plus Gel Memory Foam bed with luxurious comfort and a great night's sleep.
