Located in a wooded park with tennis in the heart of the district of La Genette, apartment of 47 sqm renovated and fully equipped.
You can do everything on foot: shops, market 2 minutes, seafront 10 minutes and Vieux Port 20 minutes. Near Ile de Ré.
It consists of an entrance, living room with wide opening on the greenery, fully equipped kitchen (fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher ...), bedroom with dressing room, bathroom, wc and storeroom with washing machine and dryer .

La Rochelle stay

A very comfortable stay in a refurbished apartment block to the west of the city, adjacent to the rugby stadium. Good local Coop and pizza takeaway. City centre is walkable, though various regular bus options. On site parking can be a bit of a lottery especially with heavy luggage.

Ruhig und erholsam

Die Wohnung liegt an einer optimalen Stelle, nah zum Wasser und genau die richtige Distanz zur Stadt. Wir kamen zu spät und Marc war undendlich gedulig und auch nach einer Stunde Warten endspand freundlich. Wohnung war sehr sauber und superruhig. Wir konnten uns super erholen. Leider keine Terasse.

Très bonne expérience. Appartement bien placé avec de très bons équipements et une bonne literie (un grand lit dans une grande chambre 😊). Au rez de chaussé mais au calme et à l’ombre ( pas besoin de climatisation).

À recommander vivement

Appartement très propre et très confortable. Rien de manque. Le propriétaire Jean Marc est disponible et arrangeant. L’endroit est très calme, le parking pour la voiture un réel avantage. Le bus est pas loin et le centre ville à pied est tout à fait faisable. Je recommande fortement ce logement.
