Largest Two Bedroom/ Two Bath in the Village, Sleeps Eight & Close to the Beach


Located in the lower village, ground floor unit #20C has two lanais and a patio. The condo is surrounded by a private, tropical lawn area where children may securely play. The very light and airy 1700 square foot unit is situated on the corner of the building and features cool tile floors. Fully air conditioned plus ceiling fans in every room.

The Wailea Ekahi Oceanfront Village is located on Keawakapu Beach which is perfect for children with its gentle surf and was also voted Most Romantic Beach on Maui. The walk from 20-C is four minutes til toes in the sand! Enjoy sunbathing, swimming and snorkeling. Scuba lessons are available on Keawakapu beach and stand up paddle boards can be rented nearby. Boogie boards, beach chairs and sand toys are available for your days in the sun. Beach towels are in the basket by the living room TV.
From November to May watch the whales play.

Golfers: Ekahi Village is across the street from Wailea's Blue golf course and the Gold and Emerald courses are further south. Down the road from there is Makena's course.

Tennis players: The Wailea Tennis Club is only a short drive from the condo.

The Village consists of 35 acres of beautiful tropical grounds with two story low rise buildings. No elevators or giant parking lots. There are three 'quiet' pools, one of which is only 150 feet from our unit. The main pool is next to the beach. This pool has a pavilion which is complete with a full kitchen, a gym and BBQ grills. Pickleball courts and shuffle board are also on property. The famous ocean walking path in front of the Wailea hotels is only a short stroll down Keawakapu beach. Walk on sand to fabulous restaurants, but don't forget your flip flops!

BBQs are located at the small pool by our condo, the main pool and building 47. Carry dinner and wine down to the beach for a Maui sunset treat!
Pavilion BBQs are available 7 am to 10 pm.
BBQs by the smaller pools are open 3-8 pm.

A starter set of dishwasher detergent, liquid soap, paper towels and garbage bags are included.
A starter set of bathroom soap, facial tissue, toilet paper and shampoo/ conditioner is included.
A starter set of washer detergent is included.
Please do not feed chickens that roam about the property.

Most Amazing Condo You'll Ever Stay At!!!

Gorgeous. Beautiful flooring and countertops. Kitchen is top-notch. Washer and dryer! Wonderful family layout with all the kids sharing a huge room. Beach items provided. Walk straight out the backdoor, down the stairs and to the beach!

We enjoyed our stay! We appreciated the easy communication with the host, and the quick resolutions to issues that came up! For example, the wagon was broken when we arrived and a new wagon was delivered two days later. Also, the host was very kind to let us check out late so our baby got his afternoon nap in.

Wonderful Ekahi stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The second bedroom is large and fit everyone perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards, etc. It was just a short walk to the most beautiful beach, where we played, relaxed, enjoyed whale watching and the sunset every evening. Prompt communication with the owner, and he even mailed back some clothes the cleaner found after we left. Will definitely be back!!

Many great features, but could use a little upgrading.

This condo is large, and in a great location, close to the ocean. We had a wonderful stay, but would suggest replacing the couch, which is old and not very comfortable, putting in a new showerhead, and upgrading the kitchenware.

Best Family Stay Ever!

This unit was perfect for our family of 7. Room for grandparents, parents and three children. Lots of games and beach items provided including a wagon, chairs and boogie boards. Great Location and Resort

Really great place to stay. The beds seemed to be a little old and run down, and it wasn't as clean as it should be. When we arrived there was a blood stain on one of the comforters and someone had left the floor rugs wet inside the dryer. We did have to majorly clean the dryer before we could use it. But all in all they had everything we needed and the resort is amazing. We had a great time.

This is a lovely, spacious condo very close to the main pool and beach at Ekahi Village. The unit easily sleeps 5 to 6 adults. Well-equipped kitchen, A/C throughout, plenty of beach and pool equipment available for use, and lots of beach towels! Highly recommended!

Tropical Paradise!

This spacious condo is attractively appointed and surrounded by beautiful grounds. We felt as if we were in our own private garden. Very nice linens and towels and the kitchen was well appointed. We enjoyed barbequing on the lanai. Every night we would stroll down to the beach to watch spectacular sunsets. This vacation was all we hoped for and we'll definitely be back.

Lovely spacious condo. Privacy AND beach access—- walk 50 yards and there’s the ocean. Very close to a great snorkeling beach and shopping. The condo is well-equipped, plenty of towels, pots, pans etc. beautiful grounds. Remember to get your parking pass. We forgot for a couple days and got a warning ticket. Thanks! Fun family vacation! (Make sure to look in the storage bin outside the master bedroom for beach toys!)

Perfect for three generations

Our Christmas gift to our daughter, her husband & their sons (8 & 4) was a Hawaiian vacation (with us). We couldn’t have asked for a better location & condo. Short walk to the beach & pool — having beach chairs & boogie boards was a plus. We ate most breakfasts & lunches in, with all dinners at local restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a great blender for pre-dinner tropical drinks on the private patio. The home was very clean & well-equipped. Only small con was the living room furniture wasn’t very comfy, but we were outside most of the time so wasn’t a big issue. It will definitely be our go-to rental for any future visits to Maui!

Ekahi revisited

Our family vacationed regularly at Ekahi Village from when our children were very young to when the graduated from college. It had been quite a long time, and we all wanted to go back. We didn’t think Ekahi could accommodate our group of 5 adults and 2 young children. Then we found 20C and it met our needs perfectly. Ground floor was a plus. The A/C throughout was wonderful. There was even a portable crib for the youngest. The grassy area outside was a great playground for those times between beach and pool visits. Ekahi can’t be beat, and we were so happy to find this unit.

Location, location, location!

Wailea Ekahi complex has it all. We’ve stayed in a few other condos in the same complex before and have never been disappointed. This condo was no different. It was the perfect size for our family of 5, with room for a couple more as well if needed. We had a large group of us, around 30 family members, staying throughout the Ekahi complex as well for the Thanksgiving holiday. The condo had all the amenities that we needed for an amazing stay. The proximity to the ocean and the main pool is tough to beat. And hearing the waves from the main bedroom...magical. Beds, chairs and couch were all very comfy. The condo could use a good deep clean (grout, shower head, fridge) and some updating in the lighting (some were on the dim side, switches needs some fixing and one lanai had no light) but was perfectly livable and by no means a deal breaker. Clean linens and towels. And all the beach accessories were in great condition, that wagon came in handy on our frequent trips down to the beach. Speaking of the beach, Keawakapu beach is by far our favorite in all of Maui. The barely 1 min walk to the beach and main pool & pavilion is unbeatable. Thank you for giving us a comfy stay for an amazing, once in a lifetime family trip!

Home Away from Home

We stayed at this condo with my parents (2 adults) plus my family of four (2 adult, 2 children) and we had a wonderful time. It is spacious, inviting and very comfortable. From the moment you walk down the lush garden pathway to the front door of the condo, you feel welcomed. We loved waking up to the tropical birds and taking an early morning walk on the beach. The beach in the morning is breathtaking, with soft colours in the sky and calm water. As the beach is only a two minute walk away, we could pop down whenever we wanted. The condo unit is fantastic, the bathrooms are modern and roomy, the kitchen is gorgeous and well appointed with every kitchen tool one could possibly need. We enjoyed many a meal out on the main lanai, under the flowering trees and vines, listening to the waves and birds and feeling a perfect "Maui" breeze that kept us nice and cool. We only had to use the air-conditioning once above the double bed in the large "family" room, and at that, only briefly, otherwise the condo stays comfortable with breezes and large ceiling fans. The owners of this condo are great to work with, very helpful and they are quick to reply to an email or question. The beach is, in our opinion, the best in Maui and we cannot say enough positive things about it, as the sand is clean and golden, the water is clear and the snorkeling is amazing. We all got to snorkel with an abundance of tropical fish and several massive green sea turtles which we will remember for the rest of our lives. We will certainly return to this condo for our next Maui vacation.

Amazing location, great layout with tons of space, in a beautiful complex

Our party of 5 (myself and kids, plus grandparents) loved our spring break stay here! The condo has lots of room for everyone, with a great private layout for both bedrooms - a perfect configuration for families. Very close to the ocean - lovely to hear the waves! We loved all the ceiling fans and ability to open windows on all sides for the breezes (though a few evenings we got little winged insects in the main living space near the windows - these might have got in around/through the screens so we stopped keeping the windows open in the evening which solved the problem). We really appreciated the well-equiped kitchen, lots of clean towels, beach toys and chairs, newer washer and dryer, and air-conditioning in all rooms. The grounds are lovely and clearly well-cared for - with great access to the lawns and gardens from the condo - lots of room for yoga, kids to play, etc. The main pool is perfect - palms trees, ocean views, plenty of seating and umbrellas, bathrooms, and beach access with showers to clean off the sand. It's a 3 minute walk down the beach to the beautiful Wailea Beach Path - lots of fun to walk all the way down to all the luxury hotels. And the sunsets every night are incredible from the condo's beach. If I had to note any downside it might be that the unit is quite close to a small public beach access road and a row of private houses - so there is minor traffic noise and we heard a few mornings what I can only assume was a (fairly noisy) garbage truck - but we're all early risers anyway, so this didn't wake or bother us. Other than that, the condo could use a few minor cosmetic/maintenace updates, but was so comparatively well-priced in the expensive Wailea area, that this is hardly worth mentioning. We'd all love to come back!

We have traveled around the States and the world but Maui no ka oi! Maui is the best! We keep returning again and again and are never tired of our home away from home or the island. Now our four grandsons are enjoying the pools, jumping the waves and digging in the sands of Keawakapu Beach!

Why they chose this property

We first discovered Wailea Ekahi while on a golf trip with friends. Two years later we bought our Hawaiian home to enjoy not only the fabulous golf courses, but unparalleled Keawakapu Beach and the tropical grounds and privacy of Wailea Ekahi Village. The low density property is filled with vibrant flowers and open lawn spaces. Sunsets on the beach are the highlight of each beautiful day on Maui. Maui's pace is therapy for busy lives on the mainland.

What makes this property unique

Very light and airy 1700 square foot unit is situated on the corner of the building and has cool tile floors. Fully air conditioned plus ceiling fans in every room. Wireless internet is available. The living room has a 37' flat screen TV and the large second bedroom suite is perfect for teens or friends with its own TV. The condo sleeps eight on beds. The unit has more square footage than other two bedroom condos in Ekahi. The beach, pool and pickleball court are all very close to our place.
