Peaceful and private studio, easy walk to downtown Edmonds

Spacious, free standing studio near the ferry and city park. You will have everything you need to make this place your home - cooking utensils, a large TV, and large deck for enjoying the sunset. Prime location with walking distance to charming downtown Edmonds, beautiful beaches, 20 minute drive (or 27 minute train ride) to Seattle, and a 3 minute drive to the ferry terminal to get to the Olympic Peninsula. Plenty of off-street parking available for your vehicle, RV, or Trailer.

Come make this your home away from home in the beautiful quaint town of Edmonds. This is a newly remodeled 450 square-foot Studio with large deck on large park-like plot. Our place is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with a large yard full of trees including apple, plum trees and blackberries. They are yours for the picking. You will have your own building with a private entrance, and a garage (unfinished) with laundry facilities.
Your will also have a large driveway to park whatever vehicle you would like.

The studio feels roomy and includes a 50" smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. no TV or cable subscription), electric fireplace, and environmentally friendly heat pump with Air Conditioning. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the cooking essentials you need if you choose to stay in for a meal. We have a comfy queen bed with a high-end Beautyrest Black mattress. There is also a full fold out couch (please note that the fold out couch would be more comfortable sleeping smaller people, 5' 8" or less) and a queen air mattress. Let us know if you need a pack n play or blow up toddler bed. We have three kids so if you need something for your kids, just let us know.

This is a great chance to try out a smart-home. An amazon echo is included to play music or control the lights. The studio has a high ceiling and unique LED beam lighting.

After a fun day in Edmonds or Seattle, enjoy an evening watching the sunset from the large deck or cooking up s'mores on a bonfire pit (wood provided, but please, only small fires allowed).

Perfect for our stay in Edmonds. Walked into downtown multiple days. Sat on the deck in the sun. Modern remodel with good bed, nice use of space, well stocked kitchen and quality bathroom. We appreciated the thoughtful touches such as bed reading lamps and bidet.

This gem of a studio was perfect for our adventures in Edmonds, Kingston, Lake City, Bothell and other parts north of Seattle. We enjoyed viewing bunnies, squirrels and tons of crows right from the large picture window, and the shady deck and yard were delightful in the summer. The rental offered easy access to shops, the Edmonds Saturday Market, restaurants, the Edmonds-Kingston ferry and several splendid coffee shops. The host was cheerful and responsive, and we even swapped VW bus adventure stories. We just left and already are eager to go back.

A clean, lovely rental that was perfect for our days in Seattle and surrounding areas. The hosts were helpful and prompt to answer any questions I had. They even printed a ticket for me that I forgot to print at home! Beautiful setting, perfect spot for peaceful morning coffee! And the Edmonds Ferry was only a couple of minutes away! Thank you!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The studio apartment was modern, spotless, and very well maintained. The property is private and peaceful, yet just a short 3–5-minute walk to downtown Edmonds, which made exploring the area so easy. Wonderful stay

The cottage was perfect for our stay. Centrally located, next to city park, very comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and bath, nice outdoor area, within walking distance to downtown’s Main St. district. The owners were very accommodating and responsive to our questions and requests.

Convenient for visiting family in town

Nice and convenient location for family visiting Edmonds. Walkability to Edmonds is very good, but for other local attractions plan in having a vehicle available. Hosts were friendly and communicative. We would stay here again.
