Nestled in one of Seattle's famous greenbelts, our beautifully remodeled and well appointed, private unit is located minutes from downtown Seattle, the waterfront and the University of Washington. Only 2 blocks to catch the local public transport. Light rail within 1 mile. This is a bright daylight private lower unit with owners living above. There is a large patio for your enjoyment. We have easy, fast access to the freeway both North and South. Our Unit is a large fully furnished 2 bedroom, each w/Queen Beds; 1 bathroom with Walk-in shower and a fully stocked kitchen, living and dining rooms. Maximum 3 people. We live in a quiet neighborhood and ask that you respect our home and neighbors. No parties, loud music or noise please. We have a Heritage Tree in our back yard. A London Plane, over 100 feet tall with a 50 foot canopy. A beautiful giant. No pets are permitted in order to provide a healthy space for future guests who may be sensitive. Seattle is an Eco-Friendly city and has comprehensive sorting rules for recycling, food waste and garbage. There is a guide on the refrigerator for your convenience. We provide three separate containers for the different types of waste. We have designed and furnished the unit with adults in mind. It is not safe or appropriate for babies or small children. Please let us know in advance if you have a pre-teen or teen you will be bringing along. Anyone under the age of 21 needs to be pre-approved for a stay. Also, free WiFi. Again, owners live above, there are normal household noises (so if you desire complete silence you may want to look elsewhere.) Cheers!

Clean, warm, and perfectly located. The property is well equipped for long stays and has everything you need to feel at home. John and Rachel were very accommodating and made our stay comfortable and easy. Excellent location for sightseeing and shopping, and the area felt very safe.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay...the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed with good appliances and plates, glasses, etc. The living area was spacious and the outdoor space was nice. The location is convenient, private and quiet. We would highly recommend this VRBO. Checkin was very easy and the hosts are very nice and helpful.

This VRBO was perfect for my needs. Close to the UW hospital, grocery store and restaurants. We enjoyed an afternoon at Green Lake Park also. The accommodations were spacious and very clean and the hosts left all the perfect touches for us to enjoy! The hosts are onsite, available and very nice and friendly. They went more than out of the way to accommodate us, and it was a sense of security knowing they were around for me! I would highly recommend this VRBO!
We stay with John and Rachel about three times a year, visiting our family who live nearby, and it's always like coming home. They go out of their way to create a welcoming, comfortable environment, and they are constantly looking for ways to upgrade the visitors' experience. The neighborhood is lush, quiet and lovely, and their downstairs lair suits our needs to perfection.

Stayed here while moved my daughter into UW. It was a short drive to campus and to surrounding shopping. It was lovely and a relaxing spot during a hectic time. The hosts were really nice as well. Would stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and had everything I needed. The neighborhood is very walkable with lots of bird song and mature gardens.
We stay here often when visiting family in Seattle. It is spacious, clean and well-equipped. The owners bend over backwards to make our stay smooth and comfortable.

We have lived in beautiful Victory Heights (aka Maple Leaf) for 30+ years. We raised our daughter here, and love sharing our neighborhood with our granddaughters when they visit.
Why they chose this property
Free WiFi. We are located in a green belt just above Thornton Creek. From the back of our home, which is the entrance to the apartment, you would never know you are in the middle of a busy city. If you are a birder, this is the place for you. From woodpeckers and owls to hummingbirds and finches, we have birds, birds, birds!
What makes this property unique
There is a patio outside the apartment. We are one block from public transportation and just minutes from the University of Washington. The unit is newly remodeled and beautiful.
