Welcome to ‘Out of the Blue II’! This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom professionally decorated 2000+ SF home is located 0.1 miles west of the Surfside Pier, just a short block away from the beautiful Surfside Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Close enough to easily walk to the beach, no need to rent a golf cart here. A large open kitchen/dining/living area layout with tile flooring allows for easy entertaining and gatherings. Well-equipped kitchen with all large and small appliances, dinnerware, cookware, glassware, and utensils to prepare and serve meals. Flat-screen TV's in every bedroom. Step out the back door for your own private pool. Parking for 4 vehicles. This home will allow one small dog. Please see our Pet Policy that applies to all Pet-friendly homes, which is strictly enforced.
