If you’re looking for a relaxing family vacation in Surfside Beach, SC., known as the "Family Beach", our beach house is the perfect choice. See the ocean from our balconies as well as the master bedroom suite. Enjoy your coffee while the sun rises over the ocean before you begin your day. The beach is just 200 steps away from the front gate! Our beach house is third row, and only a block and a half from the newly opened Surfside Beach Pier! No need to pay for parking since it is in walking distance to restaurants, bars, and a souvenir shop. Just a couple blocks away you can also, find a place to go parasailing and take a banana boat ride. This beautifully renovated house includes a beautiful private 12’x18’ in-ground pool for your pleasure. The water level is 3 feet in the shallow end and slopes to 5 feet in the deep end. Our pool is heated for your spring/fall swimming pleasure! Linens included! We have a garden with fresh herbs for you to utilize when dining in. Bring your beach towels and toothbrush and make epic memories with your family!

(*Please note: The Surfside Beach Pier which was severely damaged by Hurricane Matthew has been removed and now a new pier is anticipated to be completed in the summer of 2023 (subject to change.). The drone photo shows the new pier and distance from our beach house.

Our well appointed home includes a Newer Bose Bluetooth sound bar and a 55" HD Smart Television including Netflix with Blu Ray DVD in the living room, new 2023 Smart Television in the master bedroom and bedroom with two queen beds, and flat panel TVs with Blu Ray smart DVD players in the other three bedrooms. Our house includes a Playstation IV for your entertainment. In the entertainment center you will find, books, playing cards and other games. *Free high speed internet included.

The bedroom/bathroom layout is as follows: On the first floor there are two bedrooms with a queen size bed in each. These two bedrooms share one full bathroom. On the second floor the back bedroom is has two queen beds with a full bathroom. The middle bedroom has two twin beds with full bathroom. The master bedroom suite has a king size bed with full bathroom with a walk in shower. All bathrooms include a hairdryer for your convenience.
