This ocean view 2 bedroom / 2 bath flat has a perfect view of the pool and is a short walk. You enter on the first floor and won't need to worry about climbing stairs. This makes your stay more convenient without the need to carry beach equipment up and down stairs. The unit has enough to sleep six. It is furnished with a king, two twins, and sleeper sofa. Carpet and tile throughout. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickle ball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.

Snowbird Winter to remember

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived on January 1, great weather and happy to be in our familiar condo. However, construction on the second story railings began right after we arrived making it impossible to sit on our patio and enjoy the sunshine and warmth. The noise from grinding and banging was intolerable. We should have been warned. It was like January was a wasted month when normally we enjoy it a lot. The 2019 season was noisy, but expected from the hurricane/tornado. So, 2 years in a row, lots of construction noise. In the same month of January, someone in the office notified our owners that we had suddenly vacated causing them concern and an unnecessary call to us. There was no apology from the management. February was its usual windy and cool, but much quieter with the construction on our unit completed. However, once in February and again in March, the unit upstairs rented to a large group of young people (college, high school?) who made quite a bit of noise. No one from management seemed to make an effort to get them to quite down or to be concerned about such a large number of individuals in one condo unit. The steps were torn loose on our beach deck walkover and no effort was made to repair while we were there. (we were able to access the beach at the next walkover)We had to leave ten days early, due to illness of one of our grown children. We received no acknowledgement from the management when notified of our vacancy. Many others left early because of the corona virus. So it was a most unusual winter at Summerhouse for 2020.
