Unit 302 is a special unit due to the detail in the decor alone, every inch of it is a reminder that you are at the beach and urges you to the bar stool height patio furniture overlooking the ocean to the Master Suite with the king size master bed set up on risers. Each spot is perfect for sitting or laying and relaxing while watching the waves roll in! Also if you are so inclined after spending a long day enjoying the beach, the unit comes with 1-55" flat screen HD smart TV in the living room and 2 flat panel TV's with DVD players and Comcast cable, private high speed internet access.This unit has all the comforts of much so that you will hate to leave. It was updated in December of 2019 including new flooring throughout, entire unit painted, all new blinds and new living room and dining room furniture. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on the property making it comfortable to swim year round. There are also 4 tennis courts, 2 racquetball courts and a pickleball court. We have 2 grilling areas and 2 playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Generally good. Exceptions: (1) the king bed was raised on lifts to 35", a normal bed is 24-26". This made it difficult to get in unless you are 6'3" tall. The lifts were placed to allow owner storage under the bed; (2) the A/C-Furnace room is stuffed with vacuums, brooms, etc making it a potential fire hazard. Having the fire extinguisher stored there would not do a lot of good. (3) too much in the kitchen, who needs four colanders? (4) appliances not in good shape (5) cleanliness not the best

Reviewer Comments: super cute unit. well furnished. comfortable. only complaint is that it was not well turned over/cleaned by the management company prior to our stay: floors were dirty and left feet/socks dirty, kettle with old water! left on stovetop, countertops wiped down prior to using kitchen first time and paper towel was very dirty, coffee pot had coffee residue in it.

Great beach getaway

Wonderful condo. Easy access to beach. Recently remodeled. Well stocked kitchen (lots of knives and pots and pans- easy to cook all meals there and stay socially distant)
