The condo has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a private oceanfront balcony. The entryway, kitchen, living room and bathrooms are tiled. The bedrooms are carpeted, all mattresses replaced in November 2023. Furnishings include a queen, 2 twin beds and a sleeper sofa, washer and dryer, 2 TV's, VCR and internet access. The kitchen and bathrooms have undergone recent remodeling with all new kitchen cabinets. The condo has an attractive tropical decor, primarily blue, green and coral colors.
