Perfect location just steps from the beach and restaurants in Loreto Bay in the beautiful Founders area. Casa Bonita is a gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home of exceptional style. The living room has expansive sliding doors, and the dining area has accordion doors that all open up to the quiet courtyard. Here you find a private plunge pool with a beautiful waterfall, and inviting lounge seating

The first floor living area also has an ample kitchen with gas stove, large island for casual get togethers, an extra wine fridge, and a hot/cold purified water dispenser. There is a gas fireplace, as well as Satellite TV service. The downstairs master bedroom suite features a Queen bed, private patio access. TV, and a garden tub in the bathroom with double sinks, and a walk in shower.

Upstairs you find the expansive terrace detailed to make for ideal outdoor lounging. Here you will find chaise lounges, large u bench with pillows abound for entertaining, wicker sitting area under the pergola, and a complete BBQ area. Views are across the 9th hole of the golf course to the nearby mountains, and evening views of the sunsets every night.

Upstairs highlights include a master bedroom with enviable views, floating king bed, a private bath with garden tub, double sinks, and a walk in shower. You can leave the windows open to listen to the waves on the beach at night, and the singing of the birds in the morning
Topping it all off is the tower deck. This is a great, shaded place to take in all that is beautiful about Loreto Bay. With views of the water, Nopolo Punta, the Giganta Mountains, the sunrises and sunsets, plus great place to stargaze at night. It features table seating for 4 under the pergola, and a lounge area in the sun.

There are 2 bikes to ride around town while you enjoy your stay, and a garage area if you decide to rent a golf cart.

Very Comfortable

This was our 5th stay in Loreto Bay and this property is now our favourite. FN 23 is a great location and we enjoyed walking to the new businesses in AV, the golf course and our familiar favourites in FN. The large 2nd floor patio has a spectacular view over the 9th hole towards the mountains with ocean views from the 3rd floor tower. We really enjoyed the plunge pool and the bright open main floor. We too are vacation rental owners so we really appreciate all the thought, care and extra details that these owners have put into every aspect of this wonderful villa.
