Villa Les Fonds Blancs offers an exceptional setting with a breathtaking view of the sea.
Access from a private pontoon will allow you to swim directly in the turquoise Caribbean water. Swimming in the lagoon is protected by an anti-algae net.

The house is located in the town of Vauclin in Martinique, in the South Atlantic region of the island in a secure residence. She is composed :
- a fully equipped kitchen open to a dining room
- a large living room with a TV corner
- 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds
- 3 bathrooms adjoining the bedrooms
- a 150m² furnished terrace with swimming pool and offering a magnificent view of the sea.
Household linen is provided as well as free WiFi access.
A washing machine and washing dishes are available to tenants.

The location of the villa will allow guests to be close to the various beaches in the South of the island as well as the rum house of Clément. In the surrounding area, you can practice various activities such as windsurfing, kite surfing, scuba diving or even snorkeling.
Martinique Aimé Césaire Airport is 20 km away.

great getway to the sun

This is a beautiful property on a beautiful Caribbean island. The pictures are accurate and we were very comfortable during our visit. There are a few important things to note. The host requests that you sign another rental agreement outside of the VRBO site and demands the guests be prepared to provide 1500.00 euros as a damage deposit before information is given about the location of the property. This large deposit requirement is NOT clearly stated in the property information. It came as a surprise to us, 2 weeks before our stay. The amenities in the surrounding area are also limited. You should be prepared to cooked most of your meals as good restaurants in the area are few and not opened for many days in the week (Wednesday-Saturday mostly) and require reservations.

Beautiful unit, inaccurate listing

This review would have been rated higher. However: WARNING FOR AMERICANS/ENGLISH SPEAKERS: the listing on the American/British version of VRBO is inaccurate. There is NO boat ride included in the rental. We were told we were welcome to book it with their friend (€350). Two weeks after being told the inaccuracy was due to VRBO, no correction has been made to the listing. Seems to be a bait and switch for non-French renters. If you decide to rent this property, make sure everything that is advertised in the listing is actually included in the contract before signing it. The pros: Stylish and comfortable unit (note: rooms are on various levels, need to navigate steps) Beautiful view with cool breezes Cleanliness of house and pool Two dedicated parking spaces Quiet neighborhood Access to the ocean (note: on the back side, via a steep descent. Dock only) The cons: Inaccurate advertising - boat excursion is NOT included (and no effort to “make it right” was made) Left with sense of being scammed Car is a must Beaches, sites and amenities a sizable distance away Small comfort details missing

Globalement super séjour !

Un peu déçu a l'arrivée sur le ménage qui n'était pas nickel (ce à quoi on s'attend lors d'une réservation a une tel prix !) et par le fait que le ponton ne soit pas direct a la maison comme l'annonce pourrait le laisser croire mais avec un sacré escalier au départ du parking de la résidence ce qui a freiné nos parents a y descendre... , excepté ces 2 faits la maison était parfaite pour nous ! Idéalement placé avec une vue mer incroyable, le top !

Toller Aufenthalt in einer sehr schönen Villa

Eine sehr modern eingerichtete Villa, die in allen Bereichen dem Inserat entspricht. Tolle, gut möblierte Terrasse mit Pool und fantastischem Meerblick, schöne, klimatisierte Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad. Die Abwicklung war trotz fehlender Französisch-Kenntnisse auf unserer Seite sehr einfach. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und eine wunderbare Woche verbracht. PS: Man benötigt in jedem Fall ein Auto, da Geschäfte, Restaurants etc. einige Kilometer entfernt sind. Es sind zwei Parkplätze am Haus vorhanden.

Séjour au Vauclin du 9 au 18 avril 2022

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la villa de Mr Bernus. Celle-ci est conforme à l’annonce. Elle est très confortable. Dommage que nous ayons subi les travaux extérieurs les 2 premiers jours( indépendants du propriétaire) qui ont perturbé la quiétude du lieu. La vue est magnifique, on ne se lasse pas de regarder le paysage, et le petit ponton qui est accessible depuis l’extérieur de la villa ( une centaine de marches pour le mériter ) est simplement magique. Merci de votre accueil !

Nice home with a great view

The villa was everything we expected, the house itself and the terrace are well maintained and clean. The view is spectacular. Location is great. The owner who greeted us was very helpful and there to help in any way.

Amazing private villa on majestic lagoon

We stayed for 8 days in this beautiful villa at pointe Jacob near Vauclin. It is in a private gated enclave with exclusive access to a pristine lagoon that is ideal for snorkeling, paddle boarding, kite or wind surfing and kayaking. We had a beautiful private pool overlooking the water. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable and air conditioned. Our host, Phillips, greeted us promptly at check in and the fridge was stocked with essential amenities. Would highly recommend and plan to return next year!
