Cottage with pool bordering waterfalls

The cottage is located in a remarkable site, at the confluence of the Auvézère river and the stream of Blâme, our property consists of 2 houses:
-the cottage, former coaching inn of the XVIII century is a beautiful Perigord house with stones, exposed beams, tommettes, floor, bread oven.
-the mill of the Forge d'Ans, our residence, overlooks one of the most beautiful waterfalls of the Dordogne.
The property is fenced, sliding gate at the entrance. Cars are parked on a reserved site.
The salt pool, 8 meters by 4 meters, is located on the highest point of the property, with breathtaking views of the falls and the river.
An island between the reach and the creek offers a very significant space during the heat. You have several spaces in the garden and a covered loggia allows nice evenings in the shelter.


The property is located in black Périgord, near the green perigord and the white Périgord, half an hour by car from the Lascaux Caves in Montignac.
At 10 minutes by car, you will see the caves of Tourtoirac "the geological pearl of Périgord"; a quarter of an hour away is the magnificent Renaissance castle of Hautefort.
At 20 minutes, the suburbs of Périgueux, you will find an important shopping area with Leclerc drive to Trélissac, and Hyper U drive to Boulazac and many shops.
You can go canoeing and great walks nearby or a half hour drive in the beautiful gorges of l'auvezere.
Many other tourist sites can enhance your stay.
Not to mention good Périgord gastronomy ..

EQUIPMENT
On the ground floor, a kitchen, 19m2 with induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, espresso machine, kettle, toaster and all the necessary to cook.
A dining room, 13m2, and a living room of 28m2
A bathroom with bathtub and washing machine
A loggia of 31m2

Upstairs, 4 bedrooms of 18.5 m2 (1 double bed + 1 single bed) 14.4m2 (2 single beds / intermediate room) 14.3 m2 (1 double bed) and 9m2 (1 double bed) and a bathroom of water with shower.
The double beds are 140cm and the single beds 90cm, they are equipped with pillows, duvets and protections for the mattresses.

From August 24 to August 31, 1000 euros the week
From August 31 to September 7, 800 euros the week
From September 7th, 600 euros the week
RATES 2020 year:
From April 4th to June 27th, 600 euros the week.
From June 27th to July 4th, 800 euros the week
From July 4th to July 11th, 1000 euros the week.
From July 11 to July 18, 1200 euros the week.
From July 18th to August 15th, 1300 euros the week.
From August 15 to August 22, 1200 euros the week.
From August 22 to August 29, 1000 euros the week.
From August 29 to September 5, 800 euros the week.
From September 5th, 600 euros the week.
From September 7th, 600 euros the week.
Payment method: cash, transfer.
Possibility of hiring for weekend in low season from 200 euros the 2 nights.
