Great family spot

Marriott Shadow Ridge is a great place to stay with family. The family pool was awesome and there were grills and other pools close to condo we were staying at as well. The grounds were beautiful and the unit was well equipped. The only odd thing was that there was no trash can in the kitchen, only a recycle bin. But other than that it was perfect, I wish we could have stayed longer!

Messed up reservation

Without notice, VRBO split up my reservation into 3 different room, meaning I had to check out at 10 with 5 kids and 5 adults while the other room was being made ready. So 6 hours without accommodation, with pantry, freezer and Dreiser full of food, luggage, and kids that still nap not having a place to rest. When it was brought to their attention, VRBO refused to refund my last night so that I could purchase the same room directly thru the hotel.
