Easy access to all resort amenities: clubhouse, gym, heated pool, hot tub, tennis courts and award winning golf course. Walking and nature trails at your doorstep, hiking and biking trails nearby. Situated just off Scottsdale Road, minutes from Carefree and Cave Creek and a great location to explore all that Scottsdale and Phoenix have to offer from the tranquility of Terravita.

Terravita Treasure

Great location with access to trails and club amenities. The home was well supplied and the kitchen well equipped. The open floor plan worked well for entertaining and the enclosed back yard/patio was ideal for our pup. Management was easy to reach and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.
