LIVING ROOM: (PVC floor) 2 sofa beds 2 PERS (140), TV, bay window overlooking a south facing balcony with garden furniture, dining area, bar area, wardrobe closet.
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

- Baby equipment: to order and collect at the Pressing des Aravis
- End-of-stay cleaning, fixed price depending on the size of the accommodation (€ 50 to € 250), to be ordered 3 days before departure,
