When your vacation demands better than the best, we are ready to welcome you to this property on Isle of Palms! A gorgeous retreat located just steps from the Atlantic Beach, the home offers a spacious, family-friendly, once-in-a-lifetime beach escape to the South Carolina Coast. We invite you to make lifetime memories on the beautiful Isle of Palms!

The home features modern furnishings with custom details, like a hand-crafted oyster fireplace with mounted 85” TV and Sonos surround-sound speaker system. It is also equipped with an Air Scrubber HVAC system, which is installed to help purify the air from contaminants such as germs, odors, dander, viruses, etc. The open concept living room, kitchen, and dining areas are full of natural light and ideal for both entertaining and relaxing. The beautifully updated kitchen contains a walk-in pantry and quartz countertops. Just off the main living area is a large patio deck overlooking the pool area, which provides the perfect space for an outdoor meal.

The first two bedrooms (Bedroom #1 and #2) each contain a king bed, private bathroom, and flat-screen TV. The third bedroom (Bedroom #3) has one king bed and a queen bed, providing ample sleeping space, and a private bath and TV. The fourth bedroom (Bedroom #4) contains a king bed, private bath and TV. The fifth bedroom is the remarkable master suite (Bedroom #5). It boasts a large king bed with a TV and sitting area. The spacious private bathroom includes a stand-alone tub, expansive walk-in shower, and dual vanity areas. Also, check out the large deck attached to the master bedroom and enjoy a good book in the swing bed. And lastly, the sixth bedroom (Bedroom #6) has three twin beds and two trundles with a private bathroom.

The outdoor spaces are definitely the highlight of the home! Lounge by the private pool and hot tub or take in the views and breezes from one of the upper decks! The backyard is a private oasis, perfect for outdoor entertainment. Enjoy the AstroTurf yard and play a game of cornhole. A brand new outdoor kitchen has a built in sink with gas grill and seating. There is an ice maker for guest use right in the garage area. There is a lounge seating area that is perfect for more enjoyment. You will surely find yourself outdoors more than in! There are two custom built showers right off the pool to use to shower off after the beach. There is also a beach cart to help easily carry your items to the beach.

-This house is not a party house and events are not allowed. We want you to enjoy your visit and have a good time, but please be mindful of your noise level and occupancy allowances. Isle of Palms has a noise ordinance from 10PM to 10AM. No more than 14 adults should be occupying the home. Also, please be respectful of the property furnishings, amenities, and neighboring homes. Please refrain from hanging decorations on walls and surfaces. If policies are not adhered to, fines up to $500 may be issued or guests may be asked to vacate the home. Thank you for helping us continue to provide a safe, clean, enjoyable home for all future renters.
-Regarding Pool Heating: In the event of unseasonably freezing or cold weather, it is possible that pool heating may not be operable or available, as heating temperatures typically only reach 10-15 degrees higher than current outside temps and may still not be warm enough to enjoy.

Great Long Weekend Stay

My group of friends had a great time at the property over the course of 4 days. The house is as described and the layout, amenities, and space were all tremendous. Great location near the beach, with a good amount of privacy. The house had plenty of sleeping space and great furniture for relaxation.

We had a wonderful week with family at this beautiful, pristine property. Many restaurants were unavailable to our large group due to Covid. We enjoyed every day hanging at the beach and retreating to the beautiful pool and enjoying each other’s company.

The Perfect Getaway

This property exceeded my expectations! The already spectacular photos still do not do the property justice. The attention to detail, extremely close location to the beach made for the perfect getaway for my family. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone and if ever I find myself back on Isle of Palms will look out for this property!

Birthday on IOP

Definitely enjoyed our stay in this spacious house not far from the beach, located just a block from the ocean.! Plenty of room for friends and family to spread out and enjoy ourselves for the weekend. Definitely look forward to a return visit. Communication with the property management team was stellar. Only minus would be limited parking as part of the garage is dedicated for only the owners use.

Super nice house has everything.

So many wonderful features, pool and covered deck area, three levels of decks overlooking the pool, huge kitchen/family room area, nice size bedrooms all with nice bathrooms, close to the beach, Sonos sound system for pool and family room, ,all nicely decorated giving you a new house feeling. The sweet grass managers were very anxious to correct anything that needed attention. They have thought of everything!

It was fabulous. Everyone had a great vacation. I hesitate to say anything negative but both dishwashers ended up not working & had to hand wash dishes as we left. The girls complained about the shampoo & conditioner. The bathroom toilet on the second floor bedroom (in the middle) didn’t always flush properly. Tank sometimes didn’t fill. The decorating was very nice, details of the house were impressive. Very happy with our choice. Thank you.

Nice house - lacking amentities expected at a high price point

The home is beautiful and the availability of parking was great. At this price point the some basic amenities should be available. Door handles need to be repaired on the 4th floor and elevator door 3rd floor. The 3rd floor - the bathroom in the middle bath has a loose toilet handle, the TV does not work and the remote is broken. Other remotes were broken too but not sure about the other TV's. The beds bedding and towels were OK. The convenience of a bathroom for each bedroom was GREAT! The sliding glass door in the living room is very hard to maneuver and the stops for the door are not installed correctly. The kitchen needs some spatulas and better pans. We cooked a lot and the quality at this price point was disappointing. some of the plastic cups seemed to "melt" or crack in the dishwasher. There were very few basic glass glasses. There was no trash pickup and bins were almost full before we got there - it was an issue with the smell and flies. The pool was fantastic! The construction next door was disappointing and we should have been warned about it. We did enjoy the stay - but overall I would not give 5 stars due to price point and broken amenities.

Great home away from home for the holidays!

We had 9 family members gather for Christmas and this was the perfect house! We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was pretty well outfitted with cookware, dishes and appliances. I always bring my knife sharpener on vacation, but the knives in the kitchen didn’t need sharpening. You should know, however, if you are going to ship packages definitely have them sent to the realtor’s office. The post office does not deliver to this address. Even if you send via UPS, they have a contract with USPS and once UPS delivers to the PO, the PO will return the package to sender and not deliver it. This caused a slight problem since it was Christmas but as long as you know not to send packages to the house you will have no problem. We will consider renting this great house in the summer. The pool was nice and the area around the pool was awesome.

Needs Improvement

The property looks OK at first glance but a closer look shows stained and damaged upholstery, shoddy construction etc. Other things like a filthy grill and remotes without batteries or with dead ones etc. Internet not great. Shut off multiple times per day. Also, not disclosed, was that there is a construction project going on next door. Check whether it is completed before renting, otherwise you'll feel like you're staying in a shooting range. Property manager initially lied about the situation; later admitted the truth. Thankfully, the construction crew didn't show up for most of our stay; otherwise my rating would have been even lower. While they gave us some discount to address the construction noise, I would rather it had been disclosed up front, so we could have chosen some place else. In sum, this place was just not of the quality of our prior Vrbo rentals, especially given the price.

Beautiful Home, but....

3 39th Avenue is a beautiful home! There are so many things about the property that make it an ideal place to enjoy the wonderful Isle of Palms. The house was great for the most part, but at +12k for the week, we didn’t expect anything other than the beautiful, spacious, well stocked place that it was. The outdoor area was a delight, the buggy to tote our things to the beach, which was a very short walk, was most welcome, and the rooms and beds were very comfortable. The ice machine was a bonus as was having the coffee grinder since we forgot to grind ours at Costco. Overall, the house was all we expected. However, there are a couple of things that did not meet our expectations - and although the property manager addressed them as soon as he could - there was a level of unexpected inconveniences. The pool filter breaking, while no one’s fault, meant the family couldn’t use the hot tub and while we were able to swim, we did decide if it had gone on longer than it did, we would not be swimming in an unfiltered pool. The next day we couldn’t use the pool nor hot tub until noon, Thursday. Additionally, the a/c unit issue we had where the top two floors were very uncomfortable for two nights made for a couple of very restless nights for the seven of us on those floors. And tonight as I was getting the master tub ready to bathe my toddler grandson, there was no hot water.

Perfect house for our group of 12 celebrating our 50 year college reunion. Spacious, clean and a great location for beach access. Having a private room and bathroom for each couple is a must. We wouldn’t hesitate to return there again.
