Overlooked, noisey and shaded

For the cost of the villa plus additional admin and cleaning costs you can do a lot better The pool is in shade for the majority of the day only getting a few hours first thing in the morning The house is overlooked at all angles and surrounded by other villas and pools It’s noisey with neighbours (not that they were noisey but you can hear everything for all the surrounding villas) jet skis and speed boats Over priced and a lot better out there... careful before you pick this villa

très belle villa mais pas accessible pour ...

très belle villa mais pas accessible pour les personnes à mobilité réduite ou âgées car il y a beaucoup d'escaliers - la vue est magnifique - la villa est très bien équipée mais la piscine est petite - la villa se trouve dans une partie très tranquille de Javéa, ce qui est fantastique pour passer de très belles vacances. La région est magnifique.
