About this property

Breezy Pad, Close to the Lake, with Hot Tub

Welcome to our breezy, two-bedroom home in beautiful St. Joseph, Michigan! Kick back and relax while you're here taking advantage of all that Southwest Michigan has to offer! Our home is perfect for a weekend getaway, family trip, or any occasion that brings you to SW Michigan! It's only a ten-minute drive to multiple different beaches and downtown St. Joseph, or chose to stay in for the night and start a nice fire while relaxing in the hot tub on the back deck!

Inside the house you will have everything you need during your stay for cooking, coffee, and laundry. We have wi-fi available, Roku tv for streaming services, board/card games, and books for entertainment. There is a keypad entry for your connivence.

We do allow dogs, no cats please. We do require a $65 per stay fee (max 2 pets). You are welcome to include your pet in the booking or we can send a separate invoice. If you choose to bring them, there is a completely fenced area for them but please remember to pick up after them!

Beds were very soft. No firmness at all. They really need to be replaced. We made do but one of our party ended sleeping on couch. Looked under couch cushions to see if maybe it was a sofa sleeper, (it wasn’t) which is fine but found a lot of food crumbs. Very teeny tiny bathroom. The house is older but decorated very nicely. The hot tub was great! Neighborhood was great. Felt safe during our stay. Enjoyed our stay.

Everything you’d ever need is available at the property. The queen sized bed mattress was extremely comfortable. It definitely is dog friendly with a decent sized penned in area, plus shampoo and conditioner for your dogs to wash in the duratub next to the new washer and dryer. All came in handy. Location was perfect for Silver and Weko Beach. Weko beach has a short boardwalk to Warren Dunes where it’s dog friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

Sara's property was the perfect location for our family vacation. Just 15 minutes from the beach and tucked into a nice, quiet neighborhood. There is no central air, but the window AC units kept us perfectly cool throughout the house. The hot tub was a great bonus, and we all loved the hammocks out back. We did run into some WiFi issues and there is no Verizon cell service at the house, but Sara was excellent about keeping communication open and made things right by us. We would definitely stay again!

Had a great stay! Place is exactly as described. The backyard was very relaxing which is where we spent most of our time, by the fire pit. Communication with the host is the best I’ve ever experienced, responds almost immediately

Hot tub was great and the space was phenomenal. We had a small girls weekend, ate a few meals in and a few meals out! The two twin beds were squeaky everytime we rolled over but we made due. Close enough to enjoy the area but quiet enough to walk the neighborhood.
