It has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, kitchen utensils and microwave. The house is fully equipped.
The neighbourhood is quiet and family friendly and most residents are professionals. There are different play areas/communal parks for children to play in.
Close to local grocery shops, pharmacy, laundromat, John Lewis. Easily accessible to the motorway -.less than 8 minutes to the M60/M56 and 4 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop.
National Trust parks including Lyme Park, Tatton Park, Quarry Bank Mill and Dunham Massey are all 20 - 30 minutes away from the property.
