We had a fantastic stay! We got in very late at night, but the check-in was easy. Michael was highly responsive and answered any message within minutes. When we woke up the very first morning, our view from the patio was stunning and gorgeous. Ample space in the apartment, great patio, seating, and the garage fit our full-size rental truck. We look forward to another visit. Plus, location was fantastic as it was easy to get to grocery stores, coffee, shops, and the mountains!

We had a great time staying in this unit. It definitely was one of the best rentals we have ever experienced. The property was clean, comfortable (bed was perfect for my bad back), and had everything we needed or could possibly want in a home away from home. Communication with the host was easy and timely. We liked the location, easy to get into town or out in the wilderness. We will miss waking up and looking out at the Blue River or walking the river trail. We will definitely stay here again if we get the opportunity!

Beautiful condo, river right outside the back porch. It was so peaceful. Even saw a moose walking around by the river which was just incredible. Will absolutely stay here again. Only one caveat - there are shades on the living area windows that create privacy during the day, but not any privacy at night. The bedrooms have drapes for night time privacy- the living area needs the same. But the condo has every other amenity and was so clean and quiet.

Great place to stay

Perfect location in the Blue River Valley and central to Frisco, Breckenridge and Keystone. We really enjoyed our stay and the place was perfect. A beautiful stream right outside your back door. Would definitely recommend it and stay again.

This was the perfect ski location; super convenient to Breck, Keystone, and Copper. The unit was clean, comfy, and the garage was a much appreciated bonus. Michael was easy to communicate with and the checkin process was seamless. Would definitely recommend this condo for any trip to Summit County.

Great place right on the river.

The place is immaculate with all the amenities you need to make it feel like home. We even saw two moose from the living room walk along the river one afternoon.

Awesome stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Mike's apartment, everything was really clean and new and appreciated the really good quality of all the kitchen utensils, mattresses, sheets. We enjoyed the fireplace, it was nice to have a garage when you come back from skiing, and the location is very convenient to the slopes, target, and many restaurants. We would definitely come back!
