Our house, is a family home that is over 100 years old. It is located 100m from the historic center. It has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A large terrace on the top floor gives us the view of the city of Uzès. You can enjoy the garden, the heated pool. We live there all year between sun and blue sky.

Ein traumhaftes altes Haus in toller Lage! Sehr nette und umsichtige Wohnungsübergabe und sehr umfangreiche Infomail des Eigentümers! Ein toller Urlaub von a - z!! Immer wieder gerne!!

Auszeit in Uzès

Ein tolles, älteres Haus am Rande der Altstadt von Uzès, ein wunderbares Städtchen mit viel Charme. Grosszügiges Platzangebot, mit eigenem, sichtgeschützten Garten mit grossem Pool (6 x 10m). Inneneinrichtung in verschiedenen Stilen, eine Kombination von modern bis alt, aber in sich passend. Die grosse, gedeckte Dachterrasse kommt im Inserat nicht richtig zur Geltung. Grosszügige Einfahrt in einen (gesicherten) Innenhof mit Platz für zwei PKW's und mindestens ein Motorrad. Keine drei Gehminuten in die charmante Innenstadt, die viele Shops, Cafés und Restaurants zu bieten hat. Es ist auch zentral gelegen, so dass viele Ausflugsziele (Provence / Camarque) innerhalb von max. 1,5 Stunden erreicht werden können. Und wenn wir einmal nichts unternehmen mochten, hatte jeder von uns (4 Erwachsene und 3 Teenager) genügend Raum und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Für die Teenager sehr wichtig: Das WLAN funktioniert sehr gut ;) Fragen zum Pool oder Bitte nach neuer Bettwäsche wurden sehr rasch und freundlich vom Vermieter beantwortet und organisiert. Wenn ich etwas anmerken müsste, wäre es nur, dass man sich bewusst sein muss, in einem älteren Haus zu sein. Das Mobiliar und die Ausstattung sind bereits in die Jahre gekommen und im Aussenbereich wurde die auf den Bildern gezeigte Lounge mit Stühlen ersetzt. Im Zimmer im Dachgeschoss muss auf eine gute Lüftung geachtet werden (eigenes Bad), da es sonst etwas "müffelt". Für uns ein Ferienerlebnis für die ganze Familie, das seinen Preis wert war.

Séjour en familles

Nous étions 6 adultes (3 familles)et 5 enfants de 2 à 10 ans. Chaque famille a pu disposer de ses espaces nuit avec sa propre salle de bain. Espaces extérieur entièrement privatif et généreux avec magnifique piscine. A 5 minutes à pied du centre de Uzès et de sa magnifique vieille ville. Endroit vivement recommandé.

Quelle belle maison!

Tout est conforme à la description. La propriété est magnifique et très bien entretenue. Le prioritaire est très sympathique et ses recommandations touristiques se sont avérées utiles. L’emplacement à 2 pas du centre est idéal autant pour les visites que le shopping ou les divers restaurants du centre historique. Nous avons même pu confortablement regarder les feux du 14 juillet depuis la terrasse sous le toit! Nous sommes venus en famille et les 3 générations (grands-parents, parents et enfants de 4 et 6 ans) y ont toutes trouvé leur bonheur! Merci encore pour ce magnifique séjour!

Parfait !

Excellent séjour ! Les propriétaires ont été très accueillants, de bon conseil. La location est fidèle à la description. Le WIFI marche très bien et passe partout. Nous avons peu profité du jardin (hiver) mais il a l'air super, sans vis-à-vis. La terrasse couverte est très agréable avec une belle vue. La maison est décorée avec goût et possède de belles pièces à vivre. Elle est au calme et proche du centre.
