Patio Home w Golf & Mountain View in Heart of Tucson

Come relax and soak up the sun at our townhome overlooking the 13th Tee of the Dorado Country Club! Our northeast facing patio is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee in the sunshine while watching golfers against the spectacular backdrop of the Catalina Mountain range. Walk out to the course and play a round yourself with our guest sets of golf clubs or just relax and enjoy the views. Bicycle enthusiasts will enjoy easy access to Tucson's "Loop" just across the street, which provides over 100 miles of paved bicycle trails throughout the foothills of Tucson. By mid day, the patio is shaded and by wine time, the mountains take on an orange and pink glow from the setting sun.

The Dorado Country Club Estates is a small and quiet community with a beautifully maintained golf course and grounds with walkable streets. Our townhome is all-one-level and completely furnished with all linens and a fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms; each with a queen bed and sliding door to a patio. Attached to the master bedroom is a full bath with a small tub/ shower combination. The hall bathroom includes a walk-in shower with safety grab bars.

You will enjoy the patio with dining table and lounge chairs, open floor plan, gas fireplace in living room, tv in each bedroom, full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit and a spacious, attached garage. Of course we have provided the necessities!: high speed WiFi, satellite tv, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and general kitchen basics.

Our home remodel is fresh- completed (January 2020). Throughout the home you’ll find new floors, paint, recessed lighting and window coverings. The kitchen has been completely updated with new cabinets, counters, sink, range and microwave. Refreshed furnishings reflect our love of the Sonoran Desert.

This property is owner managed. We live only 10 minutes away and can be on site if the need arises. Feel free to text or call with any needs or to inquire about recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, entertainment, museums, University of Arizona activities and natural wonders all within a 20 minute drive.

We enjoyed staying at this lovely home on the golf course. It was spotless, well equipped, convenient to all the Tucson sites of interest and within a lovely community. Jodi, the owner, was very helpful and quickly responded to any questions or concerns we had. We hope to return next year.

Fantastic property, hosts, and location!

My partner and I recently stayed at the property for a month and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. To say that our hosts went above and beyond does not even begin to cover how responsive and helpful they were. The property had everything we needed and more, was very comfortable and homey, and had super-fast internet for working remotely. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Quite location

We spent three wounder full weeks at this property. Located on the 13th tee for a great view of the fairway as we sat on the patio with a beverage. Walked the neighborhood several times a day on the quite streets. The condo was in great shape and the kitchen had everything you needed if not up to another meal out. Did steaks on the included gas grill one evening. Location is great to surrounding attractions yet away from the noise and traffic of Tucson. Would recommend!!

Best VRBO experience in Tucson in the past 10 years of renting.

This home was just perfect for us. It was clean, nicely appointed, centrally located, charming inside and outside which had front and back seating areas. Located on the par three tee box made for interesting golf watching. Even though the weather was below average and more rain than usual for the desert we still enjoyed sitting on either of the patios, particularly in the morning with the awesome mountain view and in the afternoon on the front patio watching a sunset. Although we didn't need much direction for Tucson, Jodi was available and responsive for our inquiries. Loved this stay and would book again in a heartbeat.

Comfortable and quiet with great views

Comfortable townhome in the eclectic Dorado Country Club Estates. All the amenities of home with very functional kitchen. Great master with spacious bathroom. The patio was a treat! Plenty of room to relax and take in the views, enjoy coffee/cocktails, watch the birds and the passing golfers, grill a couple steaks and enjoy the sunset. Home is on the executive golf course that is maintained and just challenging enough. Played 18 holes in about 3 hours. Perfect location as shopping and dining are just blocks away. Happy that we had access to the garage. Add to this very responsive hosts made for a great stay. Hope to rent again early next year!

Great Getaway!

We enjoyed our stay. It was a very pleasant home and a great patio for watching golf. We would highly recommend it. We had a lot of fun. There were many good restaurants nearby along with the convenience of a nice golf course that was fun.

Remodeled Retreat

Our stay in Tucson was delightful! The home in the Dorado Country Club Community was a perfect fit for 4 of us. The house is right off the 13 tee box, and a quick stroll to the community pool. It is well stocked with amenities for meals at home, and comfortable for just hanging out! The host, Jodi, was easy and flexible to work with, and gave us a lot of great suggestions that we took advantage of! Thank You!

Cycling trip

We had a small group come to Tucson to ride bikes. It was the perfect location close to the bike path so that we could get out of town with minimal traffic. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable. everyone agreed to come back next year.
