This place was PERFECT for my busy 4 Day Weekend!Left in the morning…embraced the day…and quiet, peaceful, and like a slice of home at night!This Casita is close enough to walk/drive to ALOT…but withdrawn enough to away from the noise…don’t stress I am talking a 10 minutes drive to downtown and the campus…and a short walk to coffee!Next time I need a place to stay in Tucson…I am looking here first!(heck…I coulda hung by the Casita and chilled outside with the dogs)

TIny guesthouse, as described, close to 4th ave (12 min walk to 4th and university). If you must have windows covered to block light while you sleep in, or hate dogs, or must have a stove or electric burner,, or dislike some checkout chores to save on cleaning fee, then you will be disappointed. Otherwise this is very economical for the price and location.

The information provided by the host was prompt and accurate. I would add that it's a very small place, the bathroom is separated by a curtain so I wouldnt recommend it for travelers of two unless you're very comfortable with each other.

Cute little casita, tiny just like the description but had everything I needed. Host was gracious, loaned me his blender and communicated well. Close to downtown, shops on 4th ave were close, neighborhood felt safe. The street flooded one night and it was challenging to find my way. (It was a big storm)! A fun stay in Tucson.

Great Stay and Kind Host

Wonderful stay in a tiny casita. Perfect for one and close to the Uni as advertised. Michael was very accommodating and helpful on check in and check out. Communication was clear and quick. I loved being greeted by the pups. They never jumped; they were just friendly and loving. Thanks for a lovely stay and I look forward to another the next time I need to be in Tucson!

Property is as described, small but adequate. Great for 1 person. I was biking, golfing and eating elsewhere so didn’t hang out much, but sunny deck was nice when I did! I would be happy to return again on my next solo trip!

Exceptional location with privacy and security

Lovely neighborhood to both walk in and also easy, walk able access to University's many offerings in shops, restaurants and Flix bus stop (great for a day trip to Phoenix!). Host is responsive and his furry friends are sweet as molasses. Just try not to spoil them with a pet. They are still learning to not jump up. They just love to greet new people! I had a wonderful stay in a compact unit with a comfortable bed and clean shower and TV to boot.

Hideaway close to everything

This little room is 2 blocks off Speedway giving you quick access to downtown Tuscon or the mountains. This rental can fit the bill whether you are in town for business or pleasure.

As advertised. It is small, cozy, but well equipped. Just enough room for a bike, travel case, and luggage. Great location for accessing downtown, 4th street, and campus.

Cute little studio
