This brand new home in quaint Uptown Sedona has the same charm and comforts of the Peach Tree Inn, right next door. With views to enjoy from the front porch you won't be disappointed in the location of this home! The floor plan allows for relaxation and has all of the amenities guests will need for a wonderful stay. All of the furnishings are new and were selected with a guest perspective in mind. The bedrooms have queen beds and enough room for guests to make the house their own. Each room has a desk for charging phones and computers, or a place to get some work done. The rooms have TV's, so guests can relax in bed and watch a movie. There are two full bathrooms that each have a spacious shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking any meal you might want to plan and enjoy with a large dining table. There's a large inviting great room with plenty of space for all guests to be comfortable. A TV and a comfy sectional couch, and additional chairs, are all available for your lounging and relaxation.

My sister and I absolutely loved our stay hereEvery space is tastefully decorated and well planned, clearly arranged with the guest experience in mind. The location made getting to our appointments at Therapy On The Rocks incredibly easy.The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Appliances were easy to use.We especially appreciated how easy it was to walk to the downtown area to various restaurants and shops.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Apple Tree Inn! The property was fantastic and incredibly clean, but the absolute best part was the perfect location. It is within easy walking distance to great shops, restaurants, and amenities in Uptown Sedona. The setup was perfect for our family. We would definitely love to stay here again!

This house was great! Super clean. Excellent location for walking to the shops and restaurants. We did deal with a wildfire while we were in town and the host communicated wonderfully with us to keep us updated on news. We hope to come back again and stay at this rental. Highly recommend!

We had the most amazing stay at this adorable home. The location and surrounding scenery were perfect and allowed us to both enjoy sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee in the morning to take in the views and also walk everywhere within the town, not needing to move the car. We were able to walk to both the Pink Jeep Tours and Red Rock Trolley, both tours we highly recommend. This home is immaculate! Super clean and brand new inside. We had the pleasure of meeting Genna and she was so welcoming & helpful. Sedona in mid August was a great time to visit and we hope to return again in the future for another stay!

I was born and raised in San Jose, California. I'm a graduate of San Jose State University. I moved to Sedona 37 years ago! I've been married for 39 years to my husband, Steve. We raised our son and daughter in this beautiful area. Both are graduates of the University of Arizona. My husband is a licensed general contractor and has enjoyed completing projects in the Verde Valley for nearly forty years. The Apple Tree Inn is another one of his completed projects that we're happy to open for our guests to enjoy. Steve and I love the outdoors. Sedona has been the perfect place for us to enjoy hiking and biking. We enjoy visits to the beautiful Grand Canyon and have hiked to Phantom Ranch. We've rafted the Colorado River and spent many years water skiing and house boating. The active life that Arizona promotes has definitely been enjoyed by both of us.

Why they chose this property

I purchased this property in 2005. There were two homes on the site with an additional building. I originally rented the homes out as yearly rentals. I remodeled the original home that was built in the 1940's. I kept the original red rock and updated the interior. The second home was a mother in law quarters that I removed. The Apple Tree is in its place! This property is the perfect location for people visiting the area. Everything is within walking distance. The Peach Tree, next door, has the best reviews in Sedona. Guests always comment on the location and views. This was the perfect property to turn into nightly rentals. I've enjoyed my guests and have many that return each year.

What makes this property unique

The Apple Tree Inn is close to everything in Uptown Sedona. A guest could park their car and never use it again until they depart. Restaurants, bars, shopping, city transportation, jeep tours, wine tasting, hiking and biking are all within walking distance.
