You'll enjoy the mix of mid-century and modern furnishings, higher-end finishes, and designer touches. They all work together to create a cool yet relaxing, vacation get-a-way. Completely updated in May of 2025. You'll find the home is cozy, but not cramped. There is plenty of storage, large closets, and the open floor plan makes the home feel large, but not daunting. Everything is on one level and the property is a low density complex of duplex bungalows.

Entertain friends and family or prepare a quiet dinner in the beautiful, fully-renovated, stocked kitchen with brand new retro cool appliances, gas stove, and stone countertops. Dine by the pool with stunning Palm Springs mountain views or retreat to the spacious and secluded private patio for entertaining or just bask in the renowned Palm Springs weather. The Fedora Suite is furnished with all the amenities you will need to enjoy the total Palm Springs vacation experience. From robes to cocktail glasses - even board games and puzzles-no detail has been overlooked.

The condo is located minutes from downtown Palm Springs and a variety of shopping, golfing, nightlife, restaurants, cultural events, outdoor activities, and attractions.

Fully furnished rental - we do not allow furniture to be moved in our out during your lease. Cable, Internet and Utilities are included in the rental.

The Best!!

We have been coming to Palm Springs for many years, and this was our favorite place to stay! Ben and Wayne's condo was adorable, and the kitchen was so well appointed with everything you might need for your stay. The neighbors were so friendly to us, which is not always the case when you are a renter. We are anxious to come back next year!

Thanksgiving in Palm Springs

This place is very well thought out, with everything you need to make for a comfortable stay. The best view is by the pool! I like riding my bike in Palm Springs and bringing it in the back is easy. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. We hope to return again!

This is our second stay at Fedora Suite. It is so perfect for two people. We have had guests in the Murphy bed previously and it works for short stays. There is plenty of storage for personal effects, in particular the large (and gorgeous) bathroom cabinets. The kitchen has every conceivable tool and appliance for food prep. There is just the right amount of patio furniture. Parking is just a few feet away. The other residents of Desert Lanai 3 are always welcoming.

Palm Springs Mid Century Modern!

Ben and Wayne have created an amazing Mid Century Modern unit! I grew up with Mid Century furniture and felt like I had gone home! Everything was so well thought out and the attention to detail was incredible! The bed was the most comfortable I have slept in! The bath towels were thick! I prepared Thanksgiving dinner and felt like I was working in a chiefs kitchen. I was there to heal and it was it was quiet and relaxing. I brought my bike and it was just a few steps to bring it in the lanai. I had the pool to myself and enjoyed the sunset while swimming. I think they thought of everything! I hope to be back!

Home away from home.

This wonderfully, adorable midcentury modern condo is proudly named the Fedora Suite by the owner and host, Ben. My best friend and I rented the Fedora Suite for 2 months while we were searching for our own home to purchase. This historic property is well maintained and each ground level unit has a beautiful, unobstructed view of the centrally located pool. The interior space is attractively decorated with mid century modern decor. A great kitchen and living space made us feel immediately right at home. The 2 bedrooms have sliders onto a private patio with multiple seating areas, lounge chairs and high quality BBQ grill. Super fast internet allowed both of us to work remotely with no issues. We met several neighbors during our stay and they were all extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The surrounding neighborhoods are great for daily walks. Several grocery store options and restaurants are within walking distance. Overall, we would highly recommend staying at the Fedora Suite. Ben is very easy to communicate with and an extremely thoughtful, accommodating host. We look forward to seeing him around town now that we have our own home here. Thank you Ben!

Hidden Gem

Ben and Wayne have a gem of a home in Palm Springs. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there in April 2021. It was the most well-appointed VRBO location I have ever stayed in. Every need was anticipated. It was perfectly decorated, clean and very comfortable. I look forward to returning!
