100 feet of pristine lake front property with this 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage on Grand Lake. Bonus Room/Bunk house is separate from the main living space and sleeps up to 5 additional people featuring a full size bunk bed with twin trundle. Deck overlooking Grand Lake. Boat house/game room has a ping pong table and sliding door access to small deck overlooking the water. Property includes Dock - local boat rentals are available at renters expense. Fire pit down by the water is available for evening campfires.

cottage renter.

Outdoor florals and gardens were beautiful and well kept. Sunrises were the best looking out over the lake. Interior was clean and all the necessities needed to make it a comfortable stay were provided. I did spot a couple of carpenter ants and you may want to address that before it becomes a problem.Overall, we were very pleased with your rental.

Great place. As advertised. Owners are very responsive. The location on the lake provides views of both sunrises and sunsets over the water. We will stay again.

Stylish Clean

Sharp interior, nice landscaping and double deck. Well stocked kitchen and very nice fridge. Ping pong table in boathouse a plus for the kids. Bunkhouse did have a slight musty smell - we had a couple rainy days and temperatures on the cool side. Had about twenty steps in two lifts down to the lake, we had teenagers but might be leery if you have small kids. Overall had a very nice stay, would recommend.
