Terrible experience

Very strange experience ! We booked this property for a stay at New Year and as there was no snow we asked Miriam if we could cancel and stay another time instead. She agreed and we arranged a stay in June . We sent several messages between each other over the next few months and all seemed fine . We travelled all the way to the Alps from the UK in June and Miriam did not answer repeated messages we sent to her so we could not go to the apartment and had to find other accommodation . What a terrible way to treat a family ! Or maybe this is a fake listing ? Avoid !

Bonjour Sally a rectifié à plusieurs reprises son séjour mais malheureusement lorsque elle devait arriver en juin au lieu des dates mentionnées au-dessus. Sauf qu’en juin j’ai été souffrante à l’hôpital. J’ai toujours pris soin de répondre à toute les demandes. Mais Sally peut revenir si elle le souhaite, nous ferons le nécessaire pour la recevoir.

Bonjour Nous comprenons, nous avons essayé à plusieurs reprises de négocier avec la personne en charge du ménage mais elle ne veut rien entendre. Sachez que nous re facturons seulement ce que la personne nous prend. Mais nous tacherons de trouver des solutions autres.

Nous avons logé à 4 (2 adultes et deux ados).Point positif :Logement a côté de la piste (ROSIERE), 3 min à pied et non un départ à ski depuis le logement.Panorama superbe depuis le balcon.Salon confortable.Un équipement suffisant.Point négatif :Très bruyant en raison d'une porte palière trop fine, nous entendions la conversation des voisins, l'une des chambres est située à l'entrée ce qui est dommage car bruyant.Le matelas du canapé lit est beaucoup trop fin (impossible de dormir dessus sur 1 semaine).En conclusion un rapport qualité prix très bon mais ce logement n'est pas adapté pour 5/6 personnes mais 4.Il manque peut-être un plan pour bien préciser ou est situé le logement à l'arrivée.
