Quiet beachside condo

We loved the easy access to a lovely beach. Lots of amenities within walking distance. We rented a car for three days to be able to explore other parts of the island and the parking was secure, but tight.

Nice place

Nice place on the beach. Beach had gentle waves and great sand. Not super impressed with the pools but we weren’t planning on using them anyway. Good location within walking distance to several restaurants.

Vacation Resort

My husband and I stayed for six days and had a great time. The only thing that bothered me was I wasn't able to use the pool or go to the amenities that were out back, because we never received the key to go through the gates. But it was a great location.

July 2022

The trip was very last minute for me a single mom and her two kids but the apartment was very clean and spacious for the three of us. The pool was down for the week we stayed but I was informed before paying and I was also allowed to check-in early with no extra charge. The location is so convenient to food, the beach and sites. We absolutely loved our stay and cannot wait to visit San Juan again!

Great location!

We stayed here for about a week, the location was amazing, just steps away from the beach and restaurants. Close to everything. Beds could be a bit more comfortable, i was ok, but my husband and adults kids were complaining. Sergio was a super great host. We needed somethings and he responded immediately. Will definitely stay here again!

Summer vacation 2024

The property was absolutely perfect for us close to restaurants shops beach access free parking tight but we made it work loved the fact it has a washer/dyer the pool nice and warm beautiful sunset views from the apartment balcony Sergio is a great host very attentive. The AC system is absolutely amazing had to turn off it was so cold, very clean apartment and building. We will definitely come back to this location if available in our future stays.

Excellent place!

Everything about this place and stay was perfect. The place was so cute, and comfortable, the location was right on the beach-there is chair and umbrella rental right at the condo’s beach entrance. There is a pharmacy, market and atm right across the street. I have zero complaints and we will most definitely be back! The host was amazing. He was always available and responded quickly. 5 stars all around!

LOCATION - LOCATION - LOCATION

Ideally located first of all to the beach, and then to grocery store, drug store, fine dining, casual dining, casinos. No need for car rental. Easy check in and only 5 minutes from airport. Common areas were kept very clean and secured. Will definitely return!

Great Property Great Management

The property is great! Location is perfect, right on the beach with private access, plenty of food choices within walking distance. 20 minutes or less from Old San Juan. The property itself is really nice, clean, and everything you could need. Sergio was extra helpful with lots of insight on things to do and places to eat. He checked in with us multiple times during our stay to make sure we were good. He alsoade sure we knew he was available 24/7 for any and all needs that may arise. Couldnt have asked for anything better!

The property manager Angie was over and above terrific. she came over to help us when we had a problem. The apt was well equipped. I suggest that written direction’s should be given on how to use the two remotes for the TV. It was very difficult to figure it out . ELLEN Y.

Excellent condo in every way. I have no complaints at all.

My flights and my work schedule forced me to make sudden arrangements to PR. I had to be there so I could finalize my Dad's memorial service for Sunday, the 19th. My host was able to get me into the unit earlier as scheduled, It made me feel like I actually mattered and that I was not just another guest checking in, The unit was clean, pretty and comfortable. I would rent it again in a minute, I actually would like to rent it in the fall if it is available. I felt safe and loved everything about this unit. Great experience and I have only good things to say. Thank you. I will be seeing you again.

Great location and access to the beach

The Coral Beach building is in a centrally located area of Isla Verde, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The beach is steps away, beautiful, and the ocean is relatively calm. On one side is Tartak Street which is one of the public accesses to the beach, but in general it was busy but not overcrowded. The unit was very clean, however, I noticed it needs some renovation work in the bathroom area. Some of the doors and baseboards are yellowish, with cracked paint due to old age and the shower also needs work. The bath towels looked very worn and of poor quality and there were no kitchen towels. Nevertheless, the rest of the unit was comfortable and well decorated.

Nice beach

Location was great, beach was beautiful. The pool is huge . The building is older and could use some repairs, updates and paint. The elevators were noisy and the walls were thin. The lobby area and elevators have no AC. The unit could use quite a bit of work. The shower area had black mold on the celing and on some of the tiles. The water pressure just trickled out and hot water was limited. A few other black spots in living room and kitchen. The furnishings were nice, but the bed had a blanket on top with a yellow crusty substance on it.
