The property was perfect for my stay. The owner is attentive and caring for guests. Balcony had a nice view of the beach. Everything i needed was provided (ac ceiling fan pots pans and most importantly a balcony that can accommodate a small table and 2 chairs) and just steps from the beach and pool!!

We had an amazing time. The condo was wonderful! William Ortiz was very responsive. We loved having beach chairs and a cooler to take to the beach. He even had 100 SPF and a variety of sunscreens to use. The balcony has a beautiful view of the pool and beach. It is nicely shaded in the morning. We loved sitting on the balcony, drinking coffee and admiring the view. On New Years Eve, the city did fireworks and we could see them from the balcony. It was absolutely wonderful. Loved our VRBO stay and host. Can't wait to come back!

Perfect location and host

I truly recommend this place. The apartment is right on the beach and very close to San Juan and El Yunque National Forest. The restaurant selection in the area is very good and varied. The beach is beautiful. The pool was also great, great size and warm water. We enjoyed our stay very much. A perfect place for our family of 3. The host is also very responsive and helpful.

Nice Acessible Property

This place was as expected. Comfortable for myself, wife and son. My son is disabled , uses a wheelchair and based on past trips to PR, this seemed to fit. Location, parking, elevator, pool and easy access to the beach. On site laundry on the first floor. The host was very proactive and responsive. Apparently, Islaveverde is also the party spot along the main street but the rental was nice and quiet. Amazing view, we will be back.

Great location on a beautiful beach with plenty of food and drinks near by. Big pool area, outdoor showers, 24/7 security, gated with a key fob to unlock, it was perfect and I felt safe. The view from our balcony was cool, city and mountains on one side and the beach and ocean on the other. Will, the host, was absolutely amazing!! He was extremely accommodating, consistent communication, great recommendations, he truly cared about our experience and wanted us to have the best time possible. I highly recommend!!

We had an amazing experience! The condo was exactly as advertised. It was small, but had everything we needed. We were literally only there to sleep. Our host checked in with us every couple days but we never needed anything! It was lovely having a grocery store within walking distance and the pharmacy across the street for quick items. I will say I NEVER felt unsafe and we were out late, but there were police sirens until 2:00-3:00am on the weekend and past 1:00am every other night so bring earplugs if that will bother you.

Great location accurate description

William was a great host - very responsive to questions before and during my stay. He also called to check in to make sure everything was going well. Great location with many restaurants, short rides to San Juan and La Placita. Beach is literally out the back door. Small place for one or two people comfortably. Would definitely recommend. Secure building was a plus as I traveled solo to meet with friends staying nearby.

Why they chose this property

Very comfortable and a newly renovated apartment, everything in the apartment is new. Perfect for business trips, and romantic couples getaways. . The best part is truly the location. This Building is honestly the best situated building in Islaverde. It's located right next to the Royal Sonesta (formerly intercontinental hotel) and 2 minutes form the San Juan Hotel. No need to drive if you are going to enjoy the nightlife those two hotels offer. Private access to the beach and walking distance from restaurants. If you decide to rent a car, the apartment comes with a designated parking spot for your convenience. After staying in this building you would not want to stay at another building in the area. It happened to me.

What makes this property unique

Less than 10 minutes from the airport, 24 hour Security, Beach Access, Uber will arrive within 3 minutes, cabs are available, Public transportation stops in front of the building. 10-15 cab ride from The Condado area, La Placita, Old San Juan, plaza las Americas Mall. Just steps from Restaurants like Entrevinos, Metropol, Ceviche house. Breakfast at Mi Casita, Bistro, Market place and a most go for drinks, lunch and dinner right at the beach is El Alambique. (must go). All within steps from the building (except for Ceviche house) about a quarter of a mile west. Perfect location. Best located building in the area.
