Cozy apartment in a small complex, with a balcony overlooking the beach. This unit has beautiful original art pieces from a young BORICUA (Puerto Rican) artist. Located at the Isla Verde Marine Reserve is one of the most famous beaches in Puerto Rico since it is right in the most popular tourism zone of the island. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families, and business travelers.

Small complex on the 3rd with only 16 units. Private balcony, spectacular view day and sunset.

SPACE:

Living Area: The living room area has a very comfortable couch for relaxing viewing of your favorite movie on the flat-screen TV.
The dining area has a beautiful glass table with quirky seating for 4 people and 2 stools.

Kitchen: The bright open kitchen with granite top is equipped with a new full-size fridge, stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Also, a house private washer and dryer, are great for your extended days.

Bedrooms: The master bedroom has 1 king-size bed, and there are drawers and a closet to store clothes. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and there is a sliding closet in this room. The property also has a 1 full bathroom with shower.

Balcony: The balcony is our best-kept secret. It is your own private oasis where you can relax with your morning coffee or watch the sunset with a glass of wine. The best thing is that you can enjoy the breeze late afternoon. A true gem to enjoy during your vacation.

The complex includes access to the beach, a nice sundeck area, a coin laundry room (washer & dryer), one assigned parking space

DISINFECTION STANDARDS:
-We pride ourselves in our standards of cleanliness to ensure your safety.
-We included in the room a limited hand sanitizer and disinfectant for your convenience
-We take your health seriously and are happy to welcome you to this beautiful property.

AMENITIES: All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest (no washcloth) and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler.

We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities are limited including hotel-size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap, dish sponge, and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.

LOCATION: The Isla Verde Area is the main tourist area of San Juan and home to many casinos, fine restaurants, grocery stores, and tourist shops, all within walking distance, and a 15-minute drive to Old San Juan and close to the highways that will get you to the rest of Puerto Rico. Taxis and buses are always available as the "main drag". This unit is located just in front of Isla Verde Marine Reserve. Bring your snorkeling gear and have fun!

You will never have been bored in Isla Verde. Besides the beautiful beach, this unit is strategically located. Its location in the heart of Isla Verde puts it close to all the important hotels, restaurants, nightclubs, casinos, shops, and cultural areas.

For a short beach vacation, a car is not needed, the apartment has an amazing location, and you can find anything you will need within walking distance. Uber is also a great alternative for getting around if you decide not to drive.

NOTE: Remember that you're staying in a private apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

We will have as much or as little interaction. Prior to arrival, you'll receive a message with a few questions. After that, you will receive another message which includes all the important check-in instructions. Once settled in the apartment, most guests love to just enjoy the vacation on their own. After all, this is your place during your stay. So welcome to your vacation home.
