Imagine feeling like you've arrived home after a long and stressful flight. Imagine hearing the ocean as soon as you wake up in the morning. That's exactly what you'll experience in this 2-bedroom condo in Isla Verde Beach, Carolina. This condo is just 5 mins from the airport & walking distance to a number of restaurants, bars, pharmacies, and supermarkets.

This condo has direct access to Isla Verde Beach, widely considered one of the best in Puerto Rico. Enjoy a tranquil, white-sand turquoise beach for sun bathing, swimming, wind surfing, and other activities such as jet skiing, parasailing, hydro-flying, hiking, and more.

**PLEASE NOTE: The pool is currently closed for renovation.**


🌴 About the Space 🌴
This 2-bedroom oceanside condo offers stunning city views and makes an excellent stay for families, groups or for business travelers.

The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed while the second bedroom includes two full-sized beds. The living room has a pullout sofa bed/futon.

This is a privately-owned apartment in a condo-hotel building. Guests will have access to the entire condo and all amenities provided by the condo/hotel, to include the lobby bar, gym, and building private beach access. (The pool and hot tub are currently closed for renovations.)

Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and basic cable TV. For your convenience, the apartment is equipped with a starter set of toiletries (paper towels, toilet paper, etc.), and additional toiletries can be purchased at the nearby stores. Please note linens, bath towels and some beach towels are provided, but there is no room service, housekeeping or towel/linen exchange during your stay. If you would like housekeeping services during your stay they can be purchased separately for $95 per cleaning.

The condo is equipped with an electronic door lock. One day prior two arrival guests will receive a link via VRBO to check-in online and retrieve their access code to the apartment. A government-issued ID must be provided at check-in. One underground parking spot is included.


🌴 Important House Rules 🌴
Please no pets, no smoking, and no parties. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am and they are enforced by building security. The washer/dryer in the unit is for owner use only. In addition to the required online check-in, guests must also register upon arrival at the front desk.

Nice but. . .

The location is great. The beds were comfortable. The AC worked great. The sliding glass doors do not shut properly so when anyone around ypur balcony smokes cigarettes or pot, the smell comes in the room. They also wiggle at the top. The pool is not being fixed, so don't count on using it. You can't use their washer and dryer. Overall, it was adequate.

Thank you Brigid for staying with us and for your review. The sliding door should close completely, so we will have someone inspect it to make sure it's working ok. In addition, we have reported the smells as the area is non-smoking. Lastly, the pool is indeed under renovations. After draining the pool they've begun work with the substructure at the underground garage level to add additional support for the bigger size. We are eagerly awaiting its completion to have the new pool and pool bar open! Thanks again for staying with us and we are glad you enjoyed your time at Isla Verde Beach!

Excellent experience

This property is a short distance from the airport but also right on the beach. Minutes away from restaurants, shops and grocery stores. The condo building is spotless and well maintained. There is a gated entrance for added security. The beach is clean and lovely and not overly crowded. The condo had everything we needed and was clean and well maintained. Our communication with the owner was timely and he was even happy to help make recommendations for daily trips and excursions . Our family of 6 enjoyed this condo and if we were to return to San Juan would definitely stay here again. I would definitely recommend this property. You will not be disappointed.

Tips to improve stay

The apartment was very nice. Very spacious. Had everything to make our stay comfortable. Things to improve; Air conditioner needs to be set lower. It was humid and hot in the apartment. Also a couple of items in the kitchen were dirty. The part of the coffee maker where the filter goes was very dirty. It had a filter with old coffee in it. In addition there was a Tupperware with hair clippings. All in all had a very relaxing and restful stay. Thank you.

We loved it!!

Me, my husband, and our daughter stayed in this beautiful condo for a week for our daughters 21st birthday. From the time of booking and leading up to the day of arrival Fabian was very reachable and in light of the new COVID restrictions he was very understanding. We were nervous but once we got our negative covid text results back we relaxed some. Fabian always answered my questions in a timely manner. He gave us tips on what to do, visit, and see (although we had been to the island once so we had some ideas already) but the restaurant and attraction recommendations that he provided were very helpful! He also checked in on us the day of arrival to make sure everything was good. On the second day there, the co-hostess Adina checked in with us to welcome us and apologize that due to the pandemic she couldn’t greet us in person to welcome us (just like Fabian also did) and asked if we needed additional beach towels. This was great as we had planned a day excursion to Icacos and would for sure need them. We left out for the day and they were in our room when we returned. Adina also provided tips for us while we were in Old San Juan. The level of care and hospitality that Fabian and Adina showed was very well appreciated. The condo itself was beautiful and just like the pictures on the site. It had plenty of room for us to snuggle up on the couch for a movie (we brought our fire stick as I did research and knew they only had basic cable. Just a tip for the next visitor) or if we wanted to spread out for naps to recharge for the next move. I would recommend getting a pina colada from the stand right outside the beach access fence (they only offer virgin so if you want rum bring a mini and pour it in yourself) they also have banana boat rides (which we did SO FUN!) parasailing and jet skies just a few feet away. We booked ours prior to arrival because of COVID we didn’t want to miss out and not get a spot. My only complaint is that the pool was closed for construction when we were there but this was not the owners fault as they found out just a couple days before our arrival. Again Fabian was accommodating and he refunded a portion of our room fee back for the inconvenience. Other that that we had a great time and would definitely recommend staying at this condo. If/when we return to PR I will for sure look to see if this condo is available first before staying anywhere else. Gracias Fabian and Adina for everything!! The Jennifer’s ❤️
