We have stayed in many good houses over the years but this one was definitely the best. A really well laid out house in excellent decorative order and by far the best equipped. Even with my osteoarthritis the walk to the excellent local supermarket and a terrific beach was manageable. It was a breeze for my wife, daughter and grandsons and overall a really great location just a minute away from the bus stop to take us into the wonderful old centre of St Malo. Our host Francoise was always quick and very helpful in replying to any questions before and during the stay. If we return to beautiful Brittany, which is highly likely, we will definitely choose this property again. If six stars were an option I would choose them.

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin Françoise war sehr freundlich. Die Antwortzeiten bei Fragen sind top. Strand und eine gute Bäckerei (baguette tradition) sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und fühlt sich nicht touristisch an, was uns sehr gefällt. Einkäufe haben wir ansonsten mit dem Auto bei Leclerc erledigt. Wir lieben die Auswahl und Produkte bei Leclerc. Es steht aber auch ein kleinerer Supermarkt vor Ort zur Verfügung. In die Innenstadt vom St. Malo - Intra Muros - kann man in einer knappen Stunde laufen. Wir haben aber auch häufig das Auto benutzt. Ich kann das tolle Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Vielen Dank Françoise!

Wir haben ein sehr sauberes Ferienhaus übernommen, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alle anderen Räume sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Garten ist schön angelegt. Die Wohnlage ist sehr ruhig und gepflegt. Ein Bäcker und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind nur ca. 100 mtr. entfernt. Der Weg zum Strand ist ein ganzes Stück länger als die angegebene Entfernung, kein Meerblick. Leider sind keine Restaurants, in denen man abends essen gehen kann, fußläufig erreichbar. Der Bus fährt nur bis 20 Uhr. Alles in allem ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen!

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Françoise.La maison est parfaite pour 6 personnes !Elle est très bien équipée et tout fonctionne parfaitement.Elle est bien située , dans un endroit calme, à moins de 15 min du centre de St Malo, à 20 minutes de Cancale & 45 minutes du Mont St Michel.Nous avons passé une excellente semaine , en famille, dans cette jolie région.

Schönes Haus in toller Umgebung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders gefallen haben uns die perfekt ausgestattete Küche, die Garage, in der wir unsere Fahrräder unterbringen konnten, und der große Garten. Es gab nichts auszusetzen. Auch die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Der Strand ist toll und die Küste zwischen Saint-Malo und Cancale ist ein Traum!

Sejour parfait maison très très propre confortable dans un quartier calme. la propriétaire était accueillante 3 chambres salle de bain a l etage et toilette Deux terrasses aménagées une cuisine fonctionnelle salon salle a manger .Seule suggestion il manque des verres a bière !!Nous recommandons cette adresse pour un agréable sejour

Très jolie maison en banlieue de Saint Malo et à 400 m de la plage

Très jolie maison conforme à l’annonce et aux avis. Très bien située, extrêmement propre et parfaitement équipée. Beau jardin devant et à l’arrière de la maison. Communication fluide avec la propriétaire. Très bien placée pour visiter la région.Je recommande fortement !

De superbes vacances dans une belle maison de vacances !

Nous avons passé un bon moment dans cette jolie maison de vacances très propre, avec un jardin et même quelques fraises fraîches. 3 chambres, cuisine super équipée, barbecue, divers meubles de jardin, 2 salles de bains, 2 WC, machine à laver, sèche-linge, etc.... Je le recommande vivement !

Premières vacances avec bébé

Premières vacances avec bébé 1 an : tout au top ! Communication avec la propriétaire, tout ce qu'il faut pour bébé, maison bien équipée, emplacement au calme, à 5min à pieds de la plage, à 150m d'un petit commerce avec pharmacie et boulangerie et maison juste à côté d'un arrêt de bus. Maison bien aménagée, propreté, bien équipée, accès garage avec douche / buanderie pour retour de la plage... Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Super vacances à St Malo

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à St Malo. La maison bénéficie d'un excellent emplacement avec sa proximité de la plage et des commerces. La maison est très confortable et très bien équipé pour recevoir des enfants. Nous pensons revenir l'an prochain.

Maison parfaite!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la maison, très propre, lumineuse, très bien équipée, dans un quartier calme et près d'un Carrefour contact et d'une boulangerie bien pratiques. La plage et de belles balades sont à proximité immédiate. L'hôte est arrangeante et très disponible. Seul bémol : l'évacuation des poubelles est peu fréquente, nous avons dû emmener nos poubelles dans des containers un peu partout dans la ville. Il n'empêche, si nous retournons à St Malo, nous aimerions séjourner à nouveau dans la maison!

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in dem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt und gut ausgestattet mit zwei Duschen, zwei Toiletten und drei Schlafzimmern. Letztere kann man mit Rollos gut abdunkeln. Wohn- und Essraum bilden zusammen mit der Küche einen großzügigen Bereich. Den Kindern haben besonders die vielen Bücher und Spielsachen gefallen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, wenn man nahe an den Sehenswürdigkeiten von Saint-Malo sein möchte, aber nicht mitten im Trubel. Man kann zu Fuß in den Supermarkt ( 3 Minuten) und an den schönen Plage du Minihic (ca. 10 Minuten). Ein Bus fährt alle halbe Stunde fast direkt vor der Haustür ab und bringt einen in 20 Minuten zur Altstadt von Saint-Malo. Etwas weiter nördlich befindet sich ein schönes Naturschutzgebiet mit kleinen Badebuchten, die während unseres Aufenthalts nie überlaufen waren.

Comfortabel huis dichtbij het strand

Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Het huis is comfortabel en gezellig (en heel compleet voor kinderen; speelgoed, kinderbed, kinderstoel, kinderbestek). Na 10 minuten lopen ben je op het prachtige strand (dat niet druk is in het hoogseizoen). Echt genoten.

Ein tolles Haus

Ein sehr schönes und sauberes Haus, so wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Der Strand, Bäcker & Supermarkt sind in 5 - 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Bus ins Stadt-Zentrum fährt alles 30 Minuten direkt vor der Haustür ab. - Danke für die schönen Ferien.

En déplacement professionnel à St Malo (congrès médical), nous avons beaucoup apprécié votre maison, lumineuse, calme, fonctionnelle et ultra-équipée, et le beau jardin. Excellent !

L’accueil est courtois et précis , la maison est spacieuse, claire et sereine, on y est très bien installés. La buanderie bien conçue facilite la vie, et les extérieurs soignés sont très accueillants (quand il ne pleut pas ;-) ) Le quartier est joli et calme et il y a une supérette très pratique au bout de la rue, et elle sert en plus de point de repère, car les bretons ont cloné les maisons ! (À Saint Malo quand on dit quartier résidentiel on ne lésine pas…). La situation est intéressante, pas trop loin de l’intra-muros (les Malouins sont à cheval sur l’appellation) et bien placé pour partir vite côté Cancale / Mont-St Michel... Les plages sont à deux pas et le (petit) trajet pour y aller est plaisant. Ce sont des plages de sable, magnifiques et super agréables. Une vraie bonne maison de vacances, un séjour mémorable...
