We stayed for a 50th birthday weekend celebration. House was perfect for 3 couples but easily sleeps 4 more people. Nice little outdoor sitting area, close to downtown Piano Bar was great!
Incredible location to enjoy downtown, fantastic restaurants nearby and a short drive from the airport! The house was very clean and super comfortable. If you have pets, there is a large backyard for them to run in and a relaxing area to sit out, make a fire and visit. The owners are quick to respond to any questions and easy to work with if plans change. Highly recommend!!
We had a great experience. The house a very well done remodel. Communication with the owner was very easy and she responded very promptly. The house is very accommodating for many people, which was very nice. Easily would accommodate multiple families. Of note, there are a small flight of stairs that leads down to the basement rooms. We would definitely stay again!
This property was perfect for my family including my kids and grandparents. The back yard was 100% better than you can tell from the listing. It’s a modern remodel of an older house but it works great and it was exactly what we needed. We will probably look this place up next time we need this much space!
We stayed here on our way across the country to break up the trip. It’s a quaint old house with character. Clean and exactly the space we needed for a night.
We had a great stay. The house was beautiful and the downstairs converted garage was done beautifully with 3 beds, a family room and a bathroom with shower! The fenced yard was an added bonus for the pups to run in. Would definitely stay again if I need to go to OKC!
This was a nice big property with a nice backyard/fire pit. We loved how clean and spacious it was. The only thing that could have been better was the AC downstairs, and knowing it was going to be hot/stuffy with just the one window unit. The owners communicated very well.
Very pleased with the house. It was as clean as a pin, the owner was excellent with communication and the beds were extremely comfortable. My only slight negative is that the bathrooms were very small. If you're a person that needs a full size sink and bathroom counter this might not be your place.
Downstairs has three beds in one space. Bathroom down was not well lit and very small. Neighborhood had loose pit bulls that came into yard and bit two of us.

They have bed bugs
The property looks like the photos, but you smell some type of mildew scent when you walk in . There were tons of flys & gnats. The bathrooms were not clean & I laid down & got bit by bed bugs . I checked out & the owner is trying to not give a refund. I had to spend almost 500 to check into a hotel last night for myself & my parents. We were in town for my mothers medical treatments. I also have video of the bugs on the floor crawling.

We have never had bed bugs at this property. The guest was only trying to get a refund. We would not rent to her again.
Property was conveniently located to I-44 with shopping, dining, and a nice park close by. Property manager very responsive to the two small issues we encountered. Our grandchildren loved having their own space downstairs to hang out and sleep. The firepit outside was a nice bonus. The long dining table upstairs accommodated all 8 of us, and the overall space of the property was adequate. Home is obviously older, but is nicely decorated.Things of note: Bathrooms are very small, and there are no electrical outlets in either. Ceilings downstairs are very low. Our 6-foot family members had to duck going down the stairs and through the entryway. If you are 6'4", you probably will not fit. There are two exterior door downstairs. They are secured and monitored. The two windows downstairs are not covered and are ground level. I could easily look in from outside.
Basement flooded multiple times we reached out no help ruined a laptop, suitcase and clothes soaked washer is so load, nothing is as liated not even a pot holder no pans 2 little skillets ants al over stairs cut my grandson foot from loose metal and nails. This house is not as shown we had to buy blankets and sheets and towels dish rags 4 towles for 7 people the one bed is horrible has plastic and sheets are so worn out. Owner will not talk back i would run . And the city license expit3d a year ago
The house was very clean which is not an easy review to get from me, we very much appreciated that. I do feel the listing was a little inaccurate. The house is old and has had some updates but there is no central heat in the basement. We stayed in January and it was a cold weekend, my husband and I slept in the basement and it was FREEZING even with the pioneer room heater running in the main living space, it is not enough to heat the basement. The downstairs shower did not drain causing the bathroom to flood every time someone took a 5 min shower. The heat upstairs was great but if you have the bathroom door shut and the heat is on be prepared to get hot bc there is no exhaust fan (in either bathroom). We liked the location as it was fairly close to the fairgrounds and we felt safe in the neighborhood.
The property is a very spacious, older home in a convenient location. The basement area would be great if you had a few kids that you wanted to put together (I only had one). The basement has 3 beds, a TV, a sitting area, a small kitchenette, and a separate bathroom.
This was a great place for our trip. We had 8 of us comfortably in the house. We made several meals with the equipment there and had a great time! Dennis was a great host
Dennis was very quick to respond, letting us extend our stay a few times!! The house is cute, great location. The beds were very comfortable. Thank you so much for making our stay great!
