Aspen Woods, a newly custom built split log home is located near the village and walking distance to the lake.  When you enter the home you take notice the well cared for interior of this Big Bear cabin, with new plush carpeting throughout.

Pine plank high vaulted ceilings, and plush leather sofas make for an inviting family room area. With a gas pellet fireplace and flat screen TV with YouTube TV, it will be a great place to relax. There is also a shuffleboard table for the game enthusiast.

The dining and kitchen area offer a great place to entertain. There is ample seating for your group including the breakfast bar area. The kitchen offers upgraded stainless steel appliances including a fridge/freezer, gas range/oven, microwave and dishwasher.  With granite countertops and high end cabinetry and a window above the kitchen sink, the cook in your group will feel right at home. A standard coffee maker is provided.

Step out onto the deck and enjoy the peaceful setting, with comfy outdoor seating. Grill on the propane barbecue and enjoy the fresh mountain air.

Down the hall you will find the laundry room, with a full size washer and dryer available for tenant use. The master bedroom has a king bed and twin fold out chair. There is a full size restroom, flat screen TV and deck access. Down the hall there is an additional full size restroom.

You will also find two other bedrooms, the first has a queen, twin, and flatscreen TV and the last provides a twin over twin bunk, a twin daybed with twin trundle and a flatscreen TV.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit  
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7  
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.  
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations  
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines  
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction  
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
