Wonderful Cabin stay for our honeymoon

My new husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our honeymoon stay at this cabin. It was cozy and it had most everything we needed! There was so much to do so close by that we didn’t have time to do everything we wanted. A few times we just enjoyed sitting on the back deck. We definitely plan to stay here again some day!

Everything was great, we enjoyed the cabin, it was very clean, only thing would be great if you can let the guests know before check-in what is available in the house and not available. We expected basis things like coffee, sugar or salt there was none so we had to to back into town find a store and buy some basic things, had we known in advance we could have stopped at the store first before check in

Spring Break - Last Minute Trip

My family of three (3) made a last minute decision to take a road trip, the process was very quick and easy with this property group most of the system is automated. They were also very prompt and friendly for calls and questions. Cabin overall was as advertised, quick and easy to access from downtown Pigeon Forge main strip, about 10 minute drive into town. This isn't the highest location in the mountains so its perfect for beginners not comfortable with mountain roads. It sits a little low in the trees, which was fine for April but summer time the view might be a bit obscured. There are other cabins in this same community with higher elevation and bigger views but this was just fine for our needs. Very spacious, larger than it appears in the photos. They should add a guide for the TV / Satellite use. Was a bit confusing for even me an I am a tech geek but I figured it out. Sound system is poor sounding, we used the TV speaker instead and we could only get the TV's to show the same show in other rooms. Plenty of towels and dishes for our family of 3 and they had several other convenience like soaps and lotions and sponges etc for dishes and laundry (but only about 2 days worth) so you will want to bring some extras. The pool table sticks are getting a little worn and in need of repair, but still functional. The air hockey table has some prior water damage and the score clock wasn't working, but again still functional.

Don't book for pool/air hockey table

As soon as we got there we immediately went to shoot a game of pool and on the break shot all the balls rolled to one side of the table. Safe to say only 2 shots were taken on that pool table the entire weekend. So we then decided to play a game of air hockey and there is a wet spot right in front of the goal to where every shot taken from the opposing side would bounce out almost every single time. Well whatever, let's go listen to some music and have some drinks, oh wait there is no service or wifi (because apparently this owner chose to go the cheap route with their Internet and always needs a tech to come fix it. So now it's about bedtime, I go to get a glass of tea in the fridge from 4 hours ago, it's still hot. The fridge isn't working, so all the food we just UNPACKED from the coolers into the fridge we had to put all back into the coolers. We paid for a vacation to be inside, if I wanted to live out of coolers I would have gone camping. -So of course first thing in the morning as soon as the office opened, I called to report the fridge and wifi, well they gotta send a guy out. We wait an hour still nothing, so I call and they say well give him another hour. You don't have to be there, well I would actually prefer to be there. -the guy shows up to literally tell me ANOTHER guy is on his way to fix the WiFi, proceeds to walk to the fridge pulls out his thermometer and say "53 degrees, yep it's not working, I gotta call ANOTHER guy to come out and fix it." LIKE WHAT?! I thought YOU WERE the guy to fix it! -And of course you're all "so sorry" and "there's nothing you can do" "these type of things just happen" "If you were at home and your fridge went out you would have to have someone come look at it" **NO MA'AM!!! For one thing , I am NOT at home, I just paid 300 a night for a CABIN that should have all the necessities in WORKING order. ** ABSOLUTELY Will NOT be booking through you guys again!! All in all we had a good weekend and made the most out of what we had but the main reasons we booked this cabin (air hockey and pool table) we wasn't even able to use.

Not bad, but a little pricey.

A few things here and there that could be fixed, such as the check in. Not so much the process, itself. Just had to wait for it to be cleaned first. Check in is at 4, we couldn't get in until after 5 o'clock. All in all, not bad.

This cabin worked perfectly for our needs. It was clean, cozy and had tons of amenities already in place. The resort was quiet and relaxing as well. We would definitely rent here again in the future.
