Great Weekend Football Game Spot

Had a great time at this location for an ND football weekend. Very convenient location with campus being so close! Big back deck and back yard were perfect for grilling out. Would recommend

The online description of the property and amenities was NOTHING close to what we expected. It was DIRTY, traces of mold in the kitchen (I have pictures), no paper towels, trash bags or dish soap. The hair dryer was missing (Doug purchased one for us). The blinds on the front living room and dining area were BROKEN, laying on the dirty floor, so we didn't have any privacy from people walking the neighborhood. The bathroom curtain didn't cover the window. The property grass was not mowed and the outside chairs were laying around the back yard. Spices in the kitchen cabinet were spilled and nothing organized. This was our second encounter renting from this property manager and both times we were NOT happy. First time we had to be moved as the place was UNLIVABLE and UNSAFE. I Invited Doug in to see our concerns so he is well aware this dump needs some work. Who cares that it is walking distance to ND, that didn't make a difference to us since we were in town for a different event. Take your time to look at other properties where you will get what you are paying for. We were refunded the cleaning deposit, however should have been refunded more than that for the inconvenience. We've stayed in numerous places throughout the US and this one should not even be considered for a rental. If you just want a dirty place to party for a game weekend and don't care about where you lay your head, then this might be the place for you. Will look for other rentals in the future.

House is in a nice neighborhood within easy walking distance to ND. Huge backyard, nice deck and plenty of space within the house. I would definitely stay again!

Cozy long term stay for Family with Pets

Location and overall the house is ideal for a Family with pets. I appreciate having a yard, plenty of sleep options, and 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen supplies need to upgraded as there are no knives bigger then a butter knife. The bathroom floor leaks and the washer door had to be held with a piece of wood. There are plenty of entertainment options and great location for Notre Dame events. I would recommend the house to anyone and just ask for the above areas to be fixed. Thank you for the stay and we would book in the future.
