We thank you for keeping the house clean.

A lump sum of € 100 is added to the rent amount to cover the cleaning fee if the tenant wishes to take the option.
A check for 100 € will be requested on the date of entry into the rented premises. The 100 € check will be returned if the cleaning has been done well, however it will not be returned or returned in part if the cleaning has not been done correctly.

Bedding to provide:
Double bed 140 x 190: 3 beds
per bed: 2 pillowcases, sheets or duvet cover 200 by 220, 1 bottom sheet.

Linen: sheets, tea towels and other household linen are brought by the tenant. The bedding should be used normally, especially the bedding is with sheets and pillowcases. Possibility to rent sheets 20 Euros per pair (fitted sheet, pillowcases and duvet cover)
