Farmhouse with pool in the countryside

Large farmhouse on two levels located within a farm about two kilometers from the sea with sandy beach easily accessible by bike. Very close to the small town of Capalbio Scalo (800 meters) where there are shops, pharmacy and train station.
On the ground floor there are a quadruple living room, a kitchen, three bedrooms (two doubles and one with a queen-size bed) and two bathrooms, one of which for disabled people. Upstairs there are four bedrooms and three bathrooms (two suites with en-suite bathrooms, one double and one bedroom with a queen-size bed with shared bathroom). We require a deposit of € 1000.00 (one thousand) to be paid on arrival and to be returned on the day of check out upon damage inspection.

Tolle Zeit in der Anlage verbracht.

Alles war schön, nur nach der Abnahme wurden wir angeschrieben, weil angeblich eine Decke fehlte und wir wohl einen Sonnenschirm beschädigt haben. Den haben wir aber gar nicht benutzt und uns wurde auch nichts berechnet. In der Summe hatten wir viel Spaß in der Anlage und würden jede Zeit wieder kommen.

A few suggestions; a large coffee maker is required. An extra gate key would be helpful. A cleaning person after one week should be included in fee. Beach was further away than expected and highway noise closer.

Dear Monica, I’m sorry you couln’t find but someone stole the coffe maker the week before you came and i could’nt realize. The key you speak about is of a gate, not of the door. It’s quite expensive and i gave you two. The nearest beach is two kilometer. In Capalbio there aren’t house near the beach...and more I’m sorry for the noise but you were 500mt far of the street...Sure you could have a person to clean with a very chip payment but not everyone likes to have someone at home...anyway about your suggest ...could be a good idea. Fantastisk have, swimmingpool og hus - skønt sted

Et dejligt stort hus i skønne Italien. Vi var 14 personer, huset kan sagtens rumme mange mennesker. En dejlig stor have og en meget stor og fantastisk swimmingpool. Mange værelser i huset. En stor overdækket terrasse med plads til os alle. Eneste minus et lille køkken og ingen aircondition. Vil klart anbefale stedet til andre der gerne vil rejse mange. Meget venlig udlejer, hun var nem at komme i kontakt med.

Great house for our holidays

We were three families with kids and spent a week in this house. This one is clean, beautiful, with lots of space. The kids have especially enjoyed the big swimming pool and diving. We have also appreciated the fans in the sleeping rooms, as the weather in the region at this time was quite warm. Nearby the medieval village of Capalbio is beautiful and deserves a visit; we also enjoyed the bath of Saturnia and the Nikki de Saint Phalle garden (giardino dei tarrochi); the beach is a few kilometers from the house.. I fully recommend this place.

Bella casa spaziosa con bellissima piscina!

Eravamo tre famiglie per un totale di 13 persone di cui 7 ragazzi dai 7 ai 16 anni. Siamo stati molto bene perché la casa é grande con 7 camere da letto di cui tre con il proprio bagno indipendente. La proprietaria è molto disponibile e ci ha aiutato rapidamente. La casa e la piscina sono tenute bene anche grazie alla presenza di un custode sul posto. La piscina è stata una vera oasi di relax per tutti. Ma la casa ha anche accesso ad una bella spiaggia poco distante in macchina. Tante gite possibili anche in bici. Capalbio vale proprio la pena ma è anche possibile passare la giornata a Roma prendendo il treno a Capalbio scalo a 10 min a piedi dalla casa. Un bellissimo soggiorno per un relax completo!

Tolle Villa mit Umschwung

Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel. Wir hatten einen super Urlaub in der Villa. Das Haus ist gut unterhalten und bietet alles nowendige. Gute Sauberkeit, gepflegter Garten, funktionierendes Internet. Sieht effektiv so aus wie auf den Bildern. Würden definitiv wiederkommen.
