Recent villa in wood, on a wooded lot of 1500 M2. quiet and 300 m from the beaches, west side. Close to shops (La Cotinière and St Pierre d'Oleron) and bike paths. Large private parking fenced. Very nice and bright interior with an impression inside / outside thanks to its large windows overlooking a beautiful wooded park. A large wooden terrace will allow you to enjoy this exceptional setting.

Schönes Haus mit guter Ausstattung. Leider gab es nur 1 Handtuch pro Person, das mangels Trockner und schlechtem Wetter nicht gewaschen werden konnte. Die hintere Terrasse blieb ungenutzt, da sie voller Harz und Vogelhinterlassenschaften war. Auch der hintere Garten war uns, zumindest für diese Jahreszeit, aufgrund der vielen Bäume zu dunkel. Eric, der Concierge war sehr nett!

Super, au top

Vacances forts agréables, très bon accueil, horaires arrangeants de notre hôte. La maison très bien équipée, le petit bois du jardin pour jouer à la pétanque nickel. Petit bemol pour l emplacement un peu loin des belles plages et de la location vélo. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour le calme et l ile qui nous plait bien par son côté sauvage. Merci pour ces belles vacances à la Cotiniere.

belle maison moderne, assez bien équipée; environnement calme, proche de la mer; attention la plage d'à côté n'est pas baignable. possibilité de récupérer une baguette de pain au point presse proche de la maison. Si vous recherchez le calme, cette maison est idéale; si vous recherchez la proximité avec des animations, cette maison n'est pas pour vous

Très belle maison pour séjour en famille

Très agréable maison avec une belle terrassse en arrière dans un petit village très tranquille. Les plages à proximité ne sont pas les meilleures pour la baignade mais il y en a pas très loin.
